This rack carries up to 500 lbs (250 lbs per bar), giving you the strength to move long or bulky gear like ladders, lumber, and pipes. The 23" overall height lifts your load above the bed so the space below stays open for other tools or gear. It’s also versatile enough for skis, snowboards, canoes, kayaks, or surfboards when it’s time to switch from work to play.

The rack is designed to pair with many inside-the-rail tonneau covers, including Access roll-up styles. You get the benefit of overhead hauling without losing the protection and clean look of your cover. The contoured uprights sit neatly on the bed rails, leaving most toolboxes and gear setups untouched.

Each 66" crossbar has integrated mounting channels on both the top and bottom, so you can attach tie-downs, cargo stops, or other accessories exactly where you want them. The removable rubber strip gives you quick access to the top channels and helps cut down on vibration when it’s in place. Utility rails along the bed edges include their own mounting channels, giving you even more tie-down points.

Lightweight, rustproof aluminum keeps the rack strong without adding unnecessary weight. The matte black finish on the rails and crossbars adds extra protection against corrosion and wear, while the smooth uprights create a clean, streamlined look. The UV-resistant build stands up to long-term use in every kind of weather.

Installation is simple with the included mounting hardware. The foam-padded utility rails protect the bed rails during setup, and the uprights can be easily repositioned or removed to make room for tall cargo. Once installed, the solid frame gives you a dependable, fixed rack that’s ready for both job sites and weekend trips.
