I have some other options for you as the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-58 is not compatible with the Leer Soft Tonneau Cover # LE55VR for your 2022 Toyota Tacoma with the 5' bed.

If you want to use the Yakima OverHaul # Y01151-58 you will need a RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-60851. This cover has t-slot rails that will accept the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit # Y01155 for the Yakima Overhaul.

If you prefer the Leer Tonneau # LE55VR you will need the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A49ZR. This ladder rack uses rails which mount into the stake pockets and do not mount to the inside bed rails.
