This heavy-duty rack gives you 500 lbs of cargo capacity, with 250 lbs per bar. That’s enough strength to haul ladders, lumber, pipes, kayaks, or surfboards without taking up bed space. The over-cab height design keeps long gear balanced and secure while leaving the bed open for everything else you need to bring along.
The rack mounts into the stake pockets on top of your bed rails, so it stays clear of most inside-the-rail tonneau covers. That means you can keep your Access roll-up or similar cover closed for weather protection while still carrying gear above it. The clean setup gives a seamless look and doesn’t block toolboxes or other in-bed storage.
Built from lightweight aluminum that won’t rust, this rack holds up through years of work and weather. The extruded anodized finish on the crossbars and rails adds corrosion resistance and keeps the silver color looking good. Contoured uprights add strength and reduce drag while giving the rack a streamlined appearance.
Each 66" long crossbar has mounting channels on both the top and bottom for attaching accessories or tie-downs. The removable rubber strip helps keep cargo stable and quiet on the road. Utility rails also have their own channels so you can slide tie-downs or optional load stops wherever you need them to fit your gear.
Installation is simple with no drilling required. Foam-padded utility rails sit on top of your bed rails and secure in place with aluminum stake pocket inserts. The uprights slide along these rails so you can adjust spacing or remove them entirely when you need full bed access. Once installed, you’ve got a solid, permanent mount that’s easy to remove when necessary.
