Is A4001225 ladder rack completely compatible with BAK39126 cover? Also I have factory bed rail covers. Thank you.

Yes it is! The Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4001225 installs on top of the rails with included stake pocket inserts. This design makes it compatible with tonneau covers that install inside your truck bed side rails like the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39126. Both are compatible with each other. Just make sure that your factory bed rail caps still have the stake pockets open.
