Worked great. Easy install.
Fine, once it's installedDue to what I assume was spring-back in the weldment, this Hidden Hitch was a bit of a headache to install. After much tugging and (I'm ashamed to admit) a little help from my wife, I got the holes to line up -- barely. Would have been a good deal easier with 2 people. Carries my bike rack just fine now that it's in place.

Had a problem with the bolt thru-the-hole thing, but Etrailer's video was a big, big help. Fit of Hitch was very good. Had to touch up powdercoat with paint in a few spots. Instructions were hard to read until I found PDF and blew it up on my computer screen. Watching the movie and blowing up the PDF made all of the difference !
The operator we got when we called was very helpful and curtious. The product was just what we needed and wanted and arrived so promptly in excellent condition.

So far a great product, I installed in about an hour. The instructions are ok not the greatest not the worst. The video on here made it easy as pie to do. Love the fitment of the hitch, no issues at all like you get alot of times with things welded together. It worked great.
This is my second vehicle I have bought a Hitch for and it's just like the first one "GREAT" and was easy to install will be making future purchases.
Overall a great productIt took awhile to install. Fishing both the bolts and the plates through the frame was harder that I thought. I used a file to enlarge the access hole in the frame. Once that was done the rest was just as described. Needed two people though, to line up frame with holes.
Watching the video a couple time before starting really helped. Even without a hoist, it only took me a little over an hour to install the hitch by myself. That includes coffee breaks.

Instructions were pretty good, but first timers should sit down with them for a while to avoid mistakes. Otherwise, the quality is great and everything lined up nicely during the install.
Product was delivered promptly, fit nicely and installation was not difficult. Instructions, while brief, we're excellent.
This was kind of cool. It went on exactly as the video showed. No surprises. Fit was great, took about an hour and looks great. This hitch does not stick out and give you something to smack your shins on. It blends nicely with the look of the Taurus.
