It couldn't be any easier to install. Very stong and nice looking hitch.And the wiring pack just makes it so easy and when done ,looks and works perfect.
My hitch arrived on time and within 30 minites after the UPS truck left the driveway had it installed. It bolted up with no problems to my 2009 E-350 Ford van. Nothing to relocate and no drilling needed.

Hitch installed in minutes on my 2003 E-250.
Hole lined up perfect.
Did not need to move exhaust pipe to install.
I used a floor jack and put in the bolts by myself.

The hitch fit perfectly on my 2006 E-350 XL. The only issue I had was the hardware to attach the hitch. The nuts and bolts required much force just to get to the point where they would draw the hitch to the frame. I backed two off to check for cross threading but the tolerances on the nut and bolt were just too off. I do like the quality of the hitch itself and the solid one piece design.
This is one of the best internet companies that I have dealt with. The shipping was free and not only on time, but early. The price was right, the instructions (video and written) were spot on and the unit fit perfect with no installlation problems. I had a tech question before I ordered and I received an answer from the manufacturer the next day. Great!
Major chunk of steel that fit I have ordered so many things that I have been forced to return just because they did not fit, that I now expect to return anything I order online. Surprise!!! E-trailer and Drawtite did it right on the first time!
Time to remove and replace the OEM hitch was 30 minutes with NO problems - just like the video.
I really had no time to do the order over if it was screwed up - it wasn't and I ordered one and UPS dropped it off the next. SWEET!
This Drawtight class 5 seems very heavy duty and bolted right up to my 2002 E350 Super duty Ford van. I was not exactly impressed at the damaged box it came in also the big bag of bolts bouncing around in the box got a hole in it and a couple washers and nuts were missing. I also was not impressed w/ the paint job draw tight put on it. Over all though, this is a HD hitch that is a breeze to install.
I'm very happy with the entire etrailer experience. From web site ordering, price, installation, everything went smoothly. No missing parts. Easy to follow instructions. Couldn't ask for more. The Ultra Frame Draw-Tite hitch is built like a rock too.
My film company, MarketMEVideo.tv needed to haul a trailer for more equipment. I also ride dirtbikes.instead of getting a wimpy hitch, I decided to get a more heavy duty one as an insurance policy for both applications. I mounted the hitch on my van today and this thing is super heavy duty, I know I won’t have any issues using this for anything, it’s built like a tank!

Thomas was the most thorough and patient salesman i've had the pleasure of working with over the phone long distance... ever!!.. nailed the solution for my 2011 Ford E350 SuperDuty van... And got the hitch to me in just a couple of days...loved that I could see down to the minute progress of my sale/shipping and each of the individual staff members that were handling each aspect until it went out the door....just wow!! Couldn't be more pleased!!
I received my package late Thursday night by UPS. Left on my front porch, packaging was opened, the hitch turned upside down and shifted , thus opening one end of the box. Also the wiring harness was taped to keep it closed by someone, makes me think it could have been a return item. Why don’t use strapping and better boxing for such a heavy item. More packing material is needs inside to prevent shifting. Cannot comment on quality on the hitch at this point.
We installed this on our E150 campervan so we could haul extra cargo or a bike rack. It's definitely more hitch than we need since we're not towing anything (yet). We landed on this particular hitch because the price wasn't much different than the lower-class models, and - the big selling point - this one didn't require any frame drilling for installation.
Speaking of, installation was straightforward and easy to understand. I managed to install it by myself, though as with any hitch it would be easier with an extra set of hands. I used a jack stand to hold the other side of the hitch in place.
The hitch is ridiculously strong and I would have no reservations about hauling some serious weight if I had an accessory that fit snugly in the receiver.
The only complaint I have is that the receiver has too much play. It's listed as a 2" receiver, but both of the 2" accessories I use (and several others I tried at the store) have a lot of "slop" as the opening actually measures something like 2-3/16". (See photo) Adding the bolt to secure the hitch in the receiver steadies lightweight loads, but I would be concerned that the stress of a heavy load would be too much for that connection point.

Works well for our use - we are usually either hauling a cargo bin or a bike rack, so this hitch handles those items nicely.
The Hitch was in stock and was received the next day! The package in good condition considering it weighted 53 pounds. It was well packed. Have not installed it yet but it appears that all the hardware is there. Now that I finally got the old hitch off, it looks like it should be a straightforward installation.
Well made hitch and simple to install.i installed it by myself a year ago. I put an aftermarket step into the reciever as both were cheaper than buying a step bumper. This route gave me the ability to pull a trailer should the need arise. Also no signs of rust yet.

No rust yet. Very satisfied with my hitch.
Went on easy, perfect fit, did it by myself with the help of a hydrolic jack to hold it up. Took about twenty minutes. Customer service was quick to respond for getting feedback, very appreciated! Review pictures of install helped make my decision, and a great price also. Made in Mexico, however, hopefully will be made in USA soon.

Super great, no rust yet, still solid...pulls my 5k pound boat no problem!
I ordered a hitch for my van and van and the quality/ price were great. It’s not installed yet but this was the best desk on a class V hitch that I could find.
