Question:
I have 2017 Nissan Quest - when I look on your website for a trailer hitch it reads: Not confirmed to fit your vehicle. How can I get confirmation that the hitch will fit my vehicle? Here is the hitch I found on your website: # 75278

The Draw-Tite hitch you were looking at, part # 75278, fits GM vans of the late 1990's and early 2000's.
Trailer hitch receivers are custom designed for specific vehicles so that they install in the best possible location. The correct hitch for your 2017 Nissan Quest is the Curt part # C13078. It bolts onto existing mouting locations on your van so there's no drilling. I've linked an install video on a 2016 Quest which is the same generation so the process is the same.
If you're going to be towing a trailer you also need a ball mount and wiring. I've linked all of our ball mounts that fit the 2 inch Curt hitch for you. The wiring harness I recommend is the Hopkins, part # HM11143674. It plugs in behind both tail lights and then you run a hot wire to the van's battery.
I've also attached links to some articles on towing for you.
