Question:
I would like to buy a Curt class 3 and Hopkins wiring for my 2014 Nissan Quest. What else do I need? I want to be able to go to Uhaul and tow a Motorcycle trailer.

In addition to the Curt # C13078 and the Hopkins Plug In-Simple 4 way Wiring Harness # HM11143674, you'll need a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip. You can use something like the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which has 2 ball mounts with varying rise/drops, a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball, hitch pin, clip and storage bag; this is the ideal solution for someone who tows a few different trailers that may require different ball mounts to tow each one level, and doesn't exactly know what trailer coupler they might encounter. You can also get it with a single ball mount and the 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2") with part # 989891. These should work just fine for towing a motorcycle trailer or a U-haul.
If you'd also like some added security for your ball mounts while towing, I recommend adding the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - Flush - 2-5/8" Span - Chrome # e98880. This locking hitch pin can be used on any 2" hitch and ball mount, and is made from heavy duty stainless steel with chrome plating to help resist corrosion.
I've linked some short review and installation videos of these parts for you to have a look at.
