was very impressed with the product and its ability to bolt right up. a lube rack helped alot along with air tools . ordering my product was fast and easy. Customer service was an A+ and will most devinitley be buying more products from E TRAILER .as i have reviewed your on line catolog, and i see many more items to purchase. The hitch I ordered arrived when promised, was packaged well and all parts were there. Everything bolted up like it was supposed to and only had to drill two holes. I installed by myself without any problems but would suggest getting a friend to help as there was a point that I could of used another arm. I would recommend this product and company to anyone.One sidenote.... I live at a different address than what it was delivered to and the company called me to make sure it was really me and not fraud, I can't recall another company doing that and I appreciate it

it is beautful product ...... but you really do have to put padding between the brackets and frame. have a major scratch that i will have to spray paint gloss black so it won't rust.
Product came fast and was very easy to install.
