This hitch is built for small trailers, cargo carriers, and bike racks. With a 2,000-lb maximum gross trailer weight and 200-lb maximum tongue weight, it handles light towing or accessory use with ease. The 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver opening works with most Class I accessories, so you can hook up a two-bike platform rack or small utility trailer without worrying about stability. The sturdy, square-tube design gives you a solid connection every time.
You don’t need a shop lift or welding gear to put this one on. The bolt-on installation uses factory mounting points, and everything you need comes in the hardware kit. Precision robotic welding ensures the fit lines up right where it should, keeping the job straightforward whether you’re installing in your driveway or garage.
Once it’s mounted, the gloss black powder coat finish keeps the hitch protected from road grime and moisture. A protective base coat under the powder layer adds extra defense against corrosion, so it stays looking sharp through years of towing or hauling duty.
Drawbar, pin, and clip are sold separately, letting you choose the right setup for your gear. From towing a small trailer to carrying a two-bike platform rack or cargo basket, this hitch offers steady performance for everyday use without taking away from your vehicle’s clean look.

Great product with fast shipping! Thank you!
Well built with great fitment and instr uctions.
First off I must admit that I've purchased receiver hitches through etrailer before with great experiences. However, this last time was unfortunately not so great. Upon receiving my hitch and unboxing it, I discovered lots of heavy scratches in the powder coat, in some places having completely removed the powder coat. It appeared as though the hitch had been drug across concrete and had sustained some significant damages. Usually id expect this to be at the fault of the shipping company, however in this case my box hadn't sustained any damage at all, indicating the damage had occurred prior to having been packaged in the Etrailer box. Not only this but when I installed the hitch it required a decent amount of bending in order to line up with the bolt holes correctly. To this day the hitch doesn't fit my vehicle quite as it should and pushes up on my rear bumper. My only real gripe is with etrailer's failure to rectify my issues when I reached out to them. Again, I've purchased and installed hitches from them multiple times in the past with no issues whatsoever, and this comes as a disappointment. I will update this review if etrailer finally pulls through and corrects the issues.
Excellent and constant communication from them. Item arrived very fast and as described. Fit exactly in my TSX. TRUST purchase. I will definitely buy again at etrailer
The hitch attachment holes were hard to line up even though they were ovaled. I had to raise it up perfectly level which took an extra hand. Other than that, fit and look are perfect! Thanks!
I needed a trailer hitch and bike rack. These guys know their stuff. I spoke with Adam who was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I give A+ for customer service and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!!!
The hitch arrived quickly and in substancial packaging.
The installation went well, however the video posted for the 2006 Acura TSX (Draw-tite hitch) was a little misleading as the exhaust did not drop nearly as much as it did in the video. It was obvious that more exhaust hangers were removed than the instructions show.
Only suggestion to e-trailer would be to add one more bolt lead (fish wire) to the packaging because they are not the easiest thing to find in the big box hardware stores should one get damaged.
Quality hitch, fast shipping. And the install video really helped me plan and complete the install. For my TSX, enlarging the hole in the sub-frame was much harder than it looked in the video. Most DIY'ers don't have two pry bars. Also the coiled wire used to fish the bolt and retainer through the frame channel is really a one-time use only item. You can see the pro in the video pull pretty hard to get it off the bolt, doing this uncoils the metal and you cannot use it again. And by its design if you try to unscrew the bolt the coil gets tigheter.... CURT only supplies one, if etrailer could toss an extra one in the box that would be great. You only need it for two of the bolts, the back two bolts you can get by hand. Thank you etrailer, fast shipping, great content on the website, and great customer service.
I purchased the hitch to use with a bicycle rack and so far it has performed its job as expected. Further, the hitch doesn't look as obtrusive on the rear of the car as I was expecting.
I installed on an Acura TSX 2004 myself. The installation went according to the directions. Like other installers have mentioned, two heat shield bolts do not line up and must be left off for reassembly - so far no rattling. I bought a bench grinder and ground approximately 1mm off the bolt retaining plates so they would fit in the hole on the car frame. Otherwise, no issues.
Excellent. Received my order quickly. Needed another fishwire that originally came with the trailer. Emailed request. That same day got an email stating it was being shipped. Had a new one in a few days. The service was amazing. I highly recommend using this company.

Trailer hitch works great. It still looks brand new after going through a Wisconsin winter.
It’s a awesome product but I think you guys should provide more of the metal wire to fish out the hardware because it gets a lil snugged and the wire stretches other then that I like it it’s doing its job
The hitch was hard to install and I am fairly competent with a lift and all the tools. I had to bend it wider to get the holes to line up.That was really hard and I used a 18000# excavator to do it. One hole, where a heat shield bolt went through was in the wrong spot so I am missing that bolt. I may drop the thing down enough to redrill that hole at a later date.

I am sorry that this transaction with us had not been as expected. When the hitches are shipped to us they are shipped stacked together in large pallets which means that at times they arrive in less than pristine condition. It can create the imperfections that you have seen in the powder coating. I will have our customer service team review and reach out to you.
