I am planning on purchasing a trailer hitch and this bike rack for my two mountain bikes. Will this fit a 2007 Acura TSX?

Yes, you will be able to use the Thule Doubletrack Pro XT bike carrier, # TH92BJ, in a Class I trailer hitch on the back of your 2007 Acura TSX, as long as you stay within the tongue weight capacity of the bike rack, trailer hitch and vehicle frame. To determine the tongue weight capacity of your vehicle check the owner's manual.

For a trailer hitch, I would recommend the Curt Hitch, # C11455, which is custom designed to fit your 2007 Acura TSX.
