For your 2018 Toyota Camry you will want the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11576. No hitches from a 2005 Acura will fit on a 2018 Camry. The width is different and the bolt holes are not going to line up.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11576 is custom fit and bolts to your Camry with included hardware. It is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
