For your Class I trailer hitch receiver # C11455, you will need to use a hitch expander that is compatible with a Class I hitch. I recommend the Brophy Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD which will allow you to use a bike rack made for a 2 inch receiver. You will need to account for the load capacity as using an adapter will limit the tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch by 50%. That means your bike rack, adapter, and loaded bike(s) combined weight needs to be a maximum of 100 lbs.
