The Curt # C11455 is a 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch for your 2006 Acura TSX. This Curt hitch has a difficulty rating of 5 out of 10, but it does require you to drill to enlarge access holes and requires relocating or modifying the exhaust. There could even be slight variances from one vehicle to another. An install video is linked so you can see exaclty how it is done.

It is important to know that the Curt's warranty policy requires that all no-trailer loads (such as a bike rack like # C18085 or a cargo carrier) must be supported with their stabilizing strap # 18050. This help prevent excessive motion of the load and support some of the weight on the hitch. Check out the video, I think you will be happy with this hitch.
