item I purchased was located nowhere within a 30 mile radius and I was surching the net when I came up to ETrailer.
The price was very reasonable so I figured, he’ll why not, I can order and wait a couple weeks to get.
WELL , I ORDERED IT, GOOD PRICE AND I STARTED FOR A LONG WAIT…..BUT THEN I HAD THE ITEM IN JUST 2 days. I was really surprised.. I will use ETrailer for all needs…..
Received the part and took it to have it installed and I was told after three hours and $$$ in labor that the part was damaged during shipping and it was off on one side and they were unable to install.
Called Curt and was told it was done during shipping... So here I am with a car that is still in pieces and no hitch installed and hundreds of dollars spent for nothing...
No I would not recommend using them if you actually want a product to fit.

Thanks for the follow up Amanda. It is not uncommon for hitches to get bumped out of alignment during shipping. In fact we have a helpful article that describes the options to re-align the hitch for installation. Please see the link for additional information.

The item is outstanding. However, it is way too heavy of a hookup for a Chrysler 200. You couldn’t have developed a better item but the car isn’t quite strong enough to carry this item….
