I do have a solution for you but the problem is that the trailer hitches for the 2015 Chrysler 200 are all rated for 200 pounds tongue weight. The combined weight of the scooter and a carrier would exceed that 200 pound capacity. The best option is to put the scooter on a small trailer (there are some out there made specifically for mobility scooters). This is the safest option and will also reduce the stress put on the vehicle.
You would still need a trailer hitch such as # C11403 and the recommended ball mount # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19257 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. And for trailer wiring use # C56242 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. Finally for a pin and clip use # F-4
