I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited and I was wondering if this would fit my particular vehicle. I plan on using it 2 put my scooter on the scooter weighs 250lbs by itself without the carrier.

Curt trailer hitch # C13056 is for a Dodge Durango and will not fit your 2015 Chrysler 200. The hitches available for the 200 are all Class I hitches rated for a maximum of 200 pounds tongue weight. The weight of your scooter exceeds the tongue weight capacity of the available hitches.
What I recommend is to install a hitch, # C11403, and use it to tow a small trailer such as # K2MMT4X6 with the scooter on it. The tongue weight of this set up will be under 200 pounds and will be a much safer way to transport the scooter.
You would also need a ball mount # C45521 and a 1-7/8 inch ball (for the above trailer) # A-80. And for a trailer wiring harness use # C56242 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle.
