This ether fuel injection system offers a hassle-free way to get fast, reliable startups in cold weather. Once activated, a measured shot of ether is vaporized and sent into your intake manifold. This vapor serves as a catalyst for combustion, helping to ensure that your engine starts on the first try, even in cold temperatures. The system connects to your battery and only requires 6.5 volts to operate. Because you power it on with your vehicle instead of plugging it in, it is ideal for tractors, logging equipment, and other vehicles and machinery that can't be parked close to an outlet. Once the system is installed, there's nothing else that you need to do to maintain the system other than change out the fuel canister, which will need to be done after approximately 200 startups. This system is designed to work with an 18-oz canister of ether fast flash fuel (not included).
Just trigger this Ether Start fuel injection system by pushing the button that installs in the cab of your vehicle as you crank the engine. Unlike an automatic system, this manual system gives you more control, allowing you to choose precisely when to administer the ether. A thermostat is included to ensure that ether will not be injected in conditions that don't call for it. When you press the button in your cab, an electric current is sent to the Ether Start's thermostat. If the ambient temperature is above 50 degrees Fahrenheit, then your engine should turn over normally and no ether will be dispensed. If it is below 50 F, the electrical current will continue to the actuating valve assembly where the ether will be released from the fuel canister into a separate metering chamber. This chamber meters out 5 - 6 cc of liquid ether and disperses it through the nozzle. The nozzle's built-in filter vaporizes the ether, which is then injected into the intake manifold as a vapor instead of a stream. For the most effective and smoothest start, install this system so that the nozzle orifice is perpendicular to the manifold length. This universal system includes 3 different nozzles to achieve the spray orientation needed for any size engine.

Now this is a push button fluid injection system that's designed to give you fast reliable startups in colder weather by injecting ether into the intake manifold. What you see here on the table is what you get. You will need an 18 oz. fuel cylinder with ether that's not included. It does need to provided separately.
Now this unit features pushbutton activation, so that way you choose when to deliver ether. The button would mount in your cab, so that way there's no need to have another person spraying fluid as you try to turn the key.It also comes with a thermostat. This ensures that the system only activates when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. That way ether won't be wasted in conditions that don't require its use. Also it features no over injection so the actuating valve meters out 5-6 cc of ether for each use to prevent engine overload.
It comes with multiple spray nozzles. They have built in filters that vaporize the ether, so that's going to prevent the manifold flashback where it's going to prevent manifold flashback. We're also looking at an energy efficient design so it is designed to preserve your battery power. It only requires about 6.5 volts to operate the unit and it easily connects to a 24 volt battery for power.Once you have it installed it's virtually maintenance free. All you have to do is change out that cylinder, that ether or fuel cylinder when it's empty, but again the kit comes with everything seen here on the table so you get your pushbutton switch.
You get three spray nozzles to work with any engine size. You get the engine block thermostat, the actuator valve assembly. You get protective caps, plugs and gaskets. Everything is mounted on the mounting plate with clamps and hardware and it comes with the 12 foot of 16 gauge wire with connection terminals and also comes with the casing for the wiring as well.This is designed for gas and diesel vehicles with an engine size of 1.6 liters and larger. The mounting plate right here, it measured 4" by 12" and this product is made in the USA.
