Running back-to-back fuel transfers, you can't stop and wait for a pump to cool down. This transfer pump supports continuous duty and moves 25 GPM. Wire it to a 12V or 24V battery with the included alligator clips, fuel, and keep going.
When you're topping off multiple machines, the last thing you want is a pump that overheats. This pump uses a brushless variable speed motor and it's rated for continuous duty. You keep transfers going through longer fueling sessions without stopping to let the motor cool down.
Power friction shows up when the pump doesn't match the battery setup you're working with. This model runs on a dual voltage 12V/24V DC motor and it wires to a battery power source with 20' of 10 gauge power wire and 3 color-coded alligator clips. You can connect at the battery and start fueling without sourcing extra connection hardware.
Slow flow turns a quick top-off into a long stop. This pump delivers 25 gallons per minute and it's rated up to 25 psi max operating pressure. You move fuel faster and get equipment back in rotation sooner.
All day fueling can drag down batteries and rack up upkeep when the motor works harder than it needs to. This pump uses energy efficient technology that uses up to 45% less electricity and reduces maintenance costs by up to 75%. You run transfers with less power draw and less routine maintenance over the life of the pump.
The setup stalls when you assume a tank-specific part comes in the box and it doesn't. This kit includes an 18' x 1" hose with static ground wire, a cast aluminum manual nozzle with a green plastic covering, and a plastic nozzle boot that attaches to the pump body. You will have to source your own suction pipe and prepare it for your own particular tank needs.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Fill-Rite 12 volt or 24 volt fuel transfer pump kit. So this is a pretty versatile fuel transfer pump that's designed to work with either a 12 volt or 24 volt battery. So this is going to be a pretty easy hookup. It's for to use for most truck application, equipment applications, or transfer tank setups without needing anything real special. One of the big advantages is that this is built for continuous use.
It has a brushless variable speed motor, which means that you're gonna be able to run it for longer periods of time without worrying about this overheating or wearing out quickly. That's something that's really gonna matter if you're moving a lot of fuel on a regular basis. In terms of performance, this can move about 25 gallons per minute, as you can see here, listed up to 25 gallons per minute. So it's gonna be fast enough for filling larger tanks without sitting around forever. This also features a built-in mesh strainer to help keep debris out of the system.
And going back out to my wide view, I couldn't fit this on my table with the turntable there, but I did want to have it visible here. This does include this hose. This is an 18 foot long by one inch in diameter hose, and this hose also includes a static ground wire, so that's going to allow this to be safe to use. So that's going to be included. Let me see if I can get that to successfully stay on the corner of my table again.
Looking good here. And then going back to my closeup here, you're also going to get this nozzle here, and I'm gonna take it out of the boot here just so I can show it to you a little bit easier. This is called an ultra high flow nozzle. As you can see, they're listed, it got a green sleeve on here, plastic covering here, that's green to indicate that this is gonna be used for diesel. And then you've got this nozzle boot here that's going to attach the body as I have it here.
And so that's going to allow you to secure it there when you're done. Obviously, you'll run the hose from here to here. And then when you're ready to use this, you'll just remove the nozzle, lift that up to allow the fuel be moving, to be pumped. And then just turn that off, and then replace the nozzle just like that. So it includes everything that you see here. Hookup is gonna be pretty simple as well. You're going to get this 20 foot long heavy duty, 10 gauge power cable with color coded alligator clips. So you're gonna be able to connect this directly to a battery without needing special wiring connectors. And for installation, this is going to mount onto your standard transfer tanks using this two inch bung opening. And the inlet and outlet sizes are common as well. It's gonna be a 1 1/4 inch inlet and a one inch outlet. So it's gonna be very easy to integrate this into most setups. This is also built to handle tough environments. The exterior of the pump is powder coated to resist rust and corrosion. So this is gonna be able to live on a tank outdoors or on a job site without getting beat up too quickly. It's gonna hold up really well for you. As far as measurements go, not including our nozzle. So if I remove the nozzle, and we're looking at, you can call this the length, this is gonna be about 12 inches measuring this way. And then looking at the width, about nine inches, and then the height about 12 1/2 inches. So it's compact. It's not gonna take up a lot of space, but it's powerful. It's gonna get the job done quickly that you need it to do. This does run it up to about 25 PSI. So again, this includes the kit. You're gonna get the power cable, the nozzle, the hose, the nozzle boot. But if you like the pump, you think that's gonna work for you, but you don't need everything else, we do have just the pump by itself. So on your screen you can take that model number that you see there, pop it in the search field or our website, and that will take you to the pump only without the hose or the nozzle. But if you happen to have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Ultimately, we wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name's Andy, thanks for joining me.
