Wiring for trailer lights doesn’t have to mean stripping and splicing wires. This Curt T-Connector harness plugs directly into the factory wiring, creating a clean link to your trailer lights. The plug-in design keeps the factory wiring intact and makes setup quick and repeatable for DIY installs.
The built-in 4-pole flat connector provides the essential lighting signals—running lights, turn signals, and brake lights. It’s the most common connector style for small and mid-size trailers, so you can hook up and tow without extra adapters.
Vehicles with advanced electrical systems need extra protection when adding a trailer harness. The powered converter module in this kit isolates the trailer wiring from the vehicle’s sensitive circuits, preventing overloads or signal errors. It delivers reliable power to the trailer lights while keeping the vehicle’s electronics safe.
The hidden plug-and-lead layout routes wiring neatly behind panels and trim, so nothing hangs loose or looks out of place. The result is a tidy, factory-style finish that holds up over time and stays out of sight when you’re not towing.
If your vehicle didn’t come with a tow package, this harness makes it simple to add one. The included powered converter supplies what’s needed for proper trailer lighting without relying on missing factory connectors. It’s a complete wiring solution that gets you ready to tow safely and confidently.
