For your 16 foot V-nose cargo trailer I recommend the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover # 290-46005. The rounded front on horse trailer covers like this along with the extra slack this one will provide (it is designed for 16 to 18 foot long trailers) will allow it to comfortably fit around the V-nose.
The cover features zippered panels on the passenger's side and the rear to allow for easy access while in storage and the heavy-duty 3-layer fabric will do a great job of protecting the trailer from rain, snow and sun.
