Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at this GSI Outdoors large carbon steel griddle. This is gonna be a great camping cooktop for you. This has a wide surface. It's gonna be able to support multiple foods side by side, and they do really have a nice sturdy buildup and handles here as well.

So I do wanna go ahead and grab my tape measure here and get you a usable measurement. So outside of the griddle, edge to edge, 18 and three-quarters. Outside, 10 and a half. If I go up here to the top of the handles, that is technically the widest part and that's 20 and a half. And as far as the depth, right at about an inch deep.

Now if we're talking inside surface way at the bottom, what I would consider usable surface, I'm gonna call it 18, about nine and a half. So again, folks, this is a nice carbon steel construction, the handles and everything are gonna make it easy to hold. It's a simple, large, flat layout. You're gonna be able to flip pancakes, sausage, biscuits, whatever, bacon, anything you can think of on here with ease. Well folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together.
