Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a quick look at the GSI Outdoors Glacier coffee percolator. This is going to be a great option for those of you who really enjoy your coffee and don't want to go your whole camping trip without it. This does have the classic style, with the green enamelware look to it. So it's going to fit right in at the camp site.
This will allow you to make up to eight servings of coffee, six-ounce servings. Basically, all you have to do is fill up your percolator here with water, up to about the basket height, and then fill up your basket with your ground coffee. You'll want two tablespoons of coarse ground coffee for every six ounces of water that you have in there. Easily put your basket in your percolator, put it over your heat source, whether that's your stove in your RV or camper or the fire with a grate on it. Make sure that it's going to have nice high heat. And then you'll see the coffee percolating through this clear knob up here.
Once that's done percolating, or after about three minutes or so, your coffee is going to be ready, so you can very easily pour it out and have nice fresh coffee. This does have the classic enamelware look to it. We do have a full line of enamelware products for your campsites. So spoons, forks, plates, even coffee cups that would go well with this. So if you're interested in any of those, I'd recommend checking those out if you're on our website, but I think this is going to be a great option for those of you who want some coffee while you're out camping.
It's going to be a nice sturdy twice-baked kiln finish. So it's going to do a good job, hold up for a nice long time, and give you some good tasting coffee. So that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
