Hey Liz! To use the TorkLift ApexAnchors Truck Camper Tie-Downs item # TL38SV Front and item # TL26SV Rear you will need the TorkLift FastGun Apex Truck Camper Turnbuckles item # TL88SV.
These Tie-Downs are confirmed to fit the 2016 - 2023 Toyota Tacoma 2WD or 4WD models. If you would like to comment below your Tacoma's model year, I would be happy to confirm they will work for you.
