I would like to help out with this lock. Can you tell me in more detail how it is not fitting? Would you be able to send a picture? What type of cab does your truck have? Do you have a six or eight foot bed?

I definitely want the lock to work for you. I reached out to Pop and Lock. They wanted to to see if you could send a picture of where the bolt is not reaching the nut.

As always, this lock works fantastic under extreme conditions of ice and snow it has never unlocked or the locking key hole has never become frozen works every time.thats why its my second one. My first one rotted out.

Yes its been a year and i am still very happy with the lock.I put my groceries in the truck bed and lock it for my next stop with no worry.I still recommend it for anyone wanting to lock the tail gate
