The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock - Steel - Manual - Black # PAL1050 will indeed fit your 1994 Chevy C/K Series truck with the 6.5 foot bed. I'm not 100% sure why we don't list it that way, but it will definitely fit. I think it might be due to some of the other options that are not manual needing longer wires for the long beds, but I am guessing there.
Which Cab do you have on your truck? My fist car was a full size 92 Blazer and I miss it. That thing was awesome.
