Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Mount-n-Lock Heavy-Haul'r, 92-inch long, five and five sixteenths inch wide aluminum RV replacement bumper with the bare mill finish, has a 600 pound weight capacity. Now this bumper kit will let you add a bumper or even replace your stock RV bumper for extra durability and a higher weight rating. It is a heavy-duty aluminum bumper, so it does give you higher weight rating so that you can safely haul your bikes or generator to your campsite. It is also great for supporting cargo carriers and other bumper mounted accessories. One of those accessories we do sell is a two-inch hitch receiver that'll clamp around this bumper to give you a two-inch hitch receiver on the bumper.

This one will pop up an insert. There's what that part would look like. We do sell that separately on the website. It's part number MNT37FR, and it is listed on this product page as a related product, but as you can see on that insert, it clamps around here and gives you a two-inch hitch receiver opening. Now to install this, it uses 10 heavy duty brackets, five on each side.

There's five sandwiched together here, and then down here on the other side, there's five sandwiched together here. And these will attach to your vehicles frame right here and they'll reinforce the bumper to prevent any heavy loads from damaging it. So it's less likely to lead the bumper detachment than a stock bumper with the same weight. Now this bumper is a hollow compartment. If you see on each end, there's one on this end and one on the other end down there, they have these vented end plates that'll store and let you store your wet, smelly sewer hoses and fittings inside your bumper.

Those vent holes on here will allow fresh air to circulate prevent moisture and mold buildup. And the way you access to the inside you just slide open these plates. You can see this like that. Slide it to the side and it'll hold it open and you can put your sewer hoses, your fittings, anything in there, even when it's wet. Once you get 'em all in there to store 'em take your plate, drop it back down, and as we mentioned those vent holes will keep the air circulating in there.

Now this is a rustproof lightweight aluminum construction. This one has a bare mill finish to it. The bare mill finish can be painted to the color you want. This bumper is also available in a brushed finish. That'll be shiny. It hides scratches, but it does hold onto dirt since it is a rough surface. And then they also sell this with a nice glossy black powder coat mirror-like finish. We mentioned the bolt-on installation. It bolts to your RV's frame, comes with the included hardware right here. A nice set of instructions on how it all installs. There is some drilling required. Couple notes I do wanna mention. If your RV frame is shorter than your RV's body you will need extension plates, which we sell separately, part number MO24VR. Also, notice if your RV's body extends to the bottom of the frame, then you'll need drop plates, which are sold separately, part number MO84VR. This part is made in the USA. Specs again, this'll fit an I-beam, an S-beam, tube, and channel frames. Now if the frame is flanged, it must be at least four inches tall by three inches long. And if it's a non-flanged frame it must be at least three inches tall by three inches long. Few dimensions on this again, overall length from one end to the other end is 92 inches. The width is five and five sixteenths. Height is five and five sixteenths inches. Maximum capacity on this is 600 pounds when it's evenly distributed. And the weight on this bumper is about 40 pounds.
