Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a well designed rack. Adding and removing bikes is quick & easy. Just set the bike on & slide the padded hook down onto the bike frame to secure it; no straps required. If only one bike is transported, it does not interfere with opening the trunk on our Tesla Model 3. With 2 bicycles the trunk cannot be opened. For 2 bikes the Swagman model that can tilt might be worth the extra 22 bucks. This rack uses a bolt in the receiver hitch instead of a pin. This locks it securely preventing it from moving in the hitch & rattling. It also requires a wrench to remove it, good for theft prevention but one more thing to keep track of. For storage on the vehicle the top bar folds down. For storage in the garage, the left & right bars fold up & you can hang it using one of the hooks.
So far so good. The rack wiggles a bit, but that is expected. I have it on my 2007 Corolla and I have hit 65+ on the highway with it and have not had a problem. I would recommend getting a locking pin. The one included is threaded, which aside from security, makes it harder to take the rack on and off. I would also look into a DIY way to secure the wheels better. I am using some bungee straps which do the job no problem. The two bikes I carry are at the racks capacity.

Yakima ForkLift Roof Mounted Bike Carrier - Fork Mount
Good product. However, the one I ordered was supposed to fit the aero cross bars on 2018 Subaru roof racks and it doesn't. In fact the fit is very sloppy and looks unsafe. Sending mine back if they can't find a clamp that fullly contacts all surfaces.
Fits my whispbar crossbars (a lot cheaper than the whispbar-specific rack) and is pretty simple and straightforward to use. I've owned a couple of other universal sort of racks (fit lots of bikes, fit lots of crossbars) and this one is a good one both in terms of simple initial installation on your vehicle and also simple loading/unloading of bike.

Yakima FullSwing Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Swing Away
Installation today was pretty straight forward. We had no problems. It may require two people to install the bike rack onto the hitch because it is pretty heavy. But, as a 41 yo woman I was able to attach the bike rack to the hitch by myself. We haven't used it yet to transport our bikes, but I imagine that will be seamless too.
I bought this hitch carrier to bring 4 bikes on a 1200 mile round trip for a 2 week vacation. I used to spend more to rent bikes than the cost of the hitch. I purchased this during a Labor Day sale last year thinking if I used it once it would pay for itself. I spent the xtra $$ on the swing feature and am glad I did as it allowed me to load bikes whenever I needed and get to the rear of our SUV at any time. Works flawlessly! I have a THULE roof carrier (love it) but when I went to Dicks to check out the THULE ‘s securing rubber ties, I realized they were pretty hard to secure whereas the Yakima zip ties are easy. Hitch lock was easy and built in bike lock made made everything secure. Would buy again, recommend to anyone!

Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Black
After reviewing and researching the other manufacturers of a 2 bike rack, we decided on the Sherpa 2.0. It was easy enough to assemble, just follow the directions. We used it for the first time this morning on the back of my Outback and we were both pleased at how stable it was. Easy to mount our bikes and dismount. We plan to use it on our Mustang and my hubs '68 F100 as well. So far, very pleased with the performance and appearance. We purchased the black one for a 2' receiver.
This rack is great. The adjustable tilt feature is convenient. The price point is solid for the quality. The 4 star rating is simply because some of the plastic melted due to exhaust heat when the rack was in the bikeless up position. Küat warranty and customer service was great. They are replacing the hook. If you're thinking of this for a 2021 Forester, definitely get the Hi-lo adapter so that the hook doesn't sit in line with the exhaust.

Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Pearl
No buyer’s remorse here! After quite a bit of reading and comparing, I have no regrets about purchasing the Kuat Sherpa 2.0. Excellent product, great quality. I would purchase all over again. It is a solid rack that is esthetically impressive to boot.
Really impressed by the quality. Some minor assembly required but the factory has made assembly very easy. The rack is very sturdy & the hitch tightening assembly works really well. The rack positioning also works flawlessly and is solid. Yes it is an expensive rack but you get what you pay for here. Yakima RidgeBack Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Check out my other review on the hidden hitch for a 2015 BMW 4 Series for the majority of the review, but this thing is great. Easy setup and install, does all the things it's supposed to do. Mounting and removing bikes is a snap with the included clips (big difference from some of the cheaper variants with nylon ratchet straps). Fits very snugly in my 2" receiver, and pretty solid on the highway and over bumpy roads.
This is a great bicycle rack that is well built. When I received the rack, the box was damaged from shipping and the lock keys were missing. I contacted the staff at etrailer and they were incredibly quick to provide a solution. Awesome customer service! Will gladly do business with etrailer again.

We're going to show you how we strap that down first. Here at the front wheel and at the back wheel, we've got a strap holding that in and the cushion here. That's going to be for those smaller tires. You can simply just slide that off for the bigger tires.

Today on our 2012 Mercedes GLK Class we're doing a test fit of the Swagman XC platform-style 2-bike rack, part number S64650. This bike rack is designed to work with 1-1/4" and 2" hitches. The first thing we want to take a look at is the bike and how it's secured to our bike rack. We've got this frame hook holding that in. That's going to secure those to the wheel cradles. Although you might be a little worried, I've read the customer reviews, they are certain that you aren't going to have any problems with not having any straps there, that the frame hooks do well enough on their own. To move those out of the way we'll just press down on the gray lever here and lift those up.
Yakima FullTilt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class
Today on our 2012 Mercedes GLK-Class, we are doing a test fit of the Yakima FullTilt, hanging style, four bike rack, designed to work with inch and a quarter and two inch hitches. The part number for that is Y02462. The first thing we'll go over is how we strap down our bike. We have these nice straps here, we're just going to push down on the levers on either side, that's going to release our straps. So we've got those two frame straps up at the top and then our anti-sway strap at the back here. We'll set those off to the side. Then we can just simply pull our bike off the rack.

Today on our 2012 Mercedes GLK Class, we're doing a test fit of the Thule Vertex Hanging Style four-bike rack, designed to work with 1 1/4 and 2-inch hitches. Part number for that is TH9029XT. We got two cradles here and then three straps, two on our frame up top and then one on our seat post, that's going to be your anti-sway strap. It's going to keep a lot of the play out of the bike while your heading down the road. To release those, we'll just pull down and lift up. We want to save that anti-sway strap for last.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class th912xtr

We have our anti-sway strap and we have our two straps up top. Go ahead and pull these off. We'll wait to the last for the anti-sway strap just so our bike doesn't get away from us. It's always a good thing to go ahead and put your straps back in place, that way they don't get lost or damaged.
Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class
Today on our 2012 Mercedes GLK350 we have our Inno tire hold hitch three bike platform rack. Part number INH305-306. Over here we've got our bike on it and if you need to get into your hitch while the bike's on you can pull this lever down, let it down. Now if you do, you need to be careful. I tested this and we do have a half inch clearance but it is something to pay attention to when you go ahead and open your hatchback. Like I said we have clearance there but depending on your bike you'll have to pay attention to that. We do have enough space that we can get into our back while our bike is still on this. Now to put this back in place all you have to do is grab your main bar and lift up until it clicks. Now we do have two tire holes that hold the bike in place and to release this we lift up on our locking lever here.

When it's about 90 degrees with the vehicle we're just going to turn it until this t-pin in the back fits in the hole at this metal plate here. It will just snap right in and secure that in place.
