Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers - Frame Mount
Works great! Our bikes have low cross bars so it took a bit to figure out the "sweet spot" for the holding arms. Finally get the bikes out of the camper when traveling; yipee!
Work great on the back of my 5th wheel to carry two bicycles

Swagman Original RV Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 2" Hitches
I needed a small bike rack for my 5th wheel. I came to etrailer as my trusted source for info and availability since we live full time on the road. Plus these are hard to find in brick and mortar stores since COVID. I ordered the rack on a Sunday and received a confirmation and tracking number before I went to bed!! The package even arrived a day early. The rack is more sturdy than I had expected and look forward to safe transport of my bike. I also like I now have the ability to mount and use it on the rear of my pickup if needed. This is a 5 star rack but gets only 4 stars due to my one issue. The only issue was a small amount of what looks like welding slag in the threaded attachment hole to the trailer. (see picture) Having no other option, I just forced/re-threaded the bolt during installation. Since I hope to not need to remove the rack, I am just hoping for the best in the future.
Product is better and sturdier than I expected. I was shocked at how fast it shipped. It was extremely well packaged. I have not seen this type of care in shipping for a long time. I am very happy with the product especially at the price. It had several features I was looking for: 1. It is rigid to the hitch with no flopping. 2. The bikes can be securely locked to the carrier. 3. The unit can easily be locked to the hitch (with the additional locking bolt that I would recommend purchasing. 4. When not in use it can easily be stored FLAT in the storage area of my RV without taking up a lot of room. I would highly recommend etrailer and this bike carrier. I will be doing additional business with etrailer in the future!

Swagman Trailhead RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches
Unfortunately, I cannot make a great review for this bike rack. Two issues. The first, even though it is ‘designed’ for four bicycles, getting three on there is more realistic. The second issue is that it hasn’t held up very well. One of the support bars that the bikes rest on actually bent. The bike rack is supposed to be able to carry four bicycles and we only used it for two adult and a child’s bike. I am considering replacing it with a supporting design instead of this hanging design.
Swagman Trailhead 4 Bike rack on 2015 Nissan Xterra. Solidly built, easy to install and carry two mountain bikes. Stable at 75 mph and over bumps. An excellent value.

Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
We love our Hollywood RV Rider Bike Rack. We have loaded it on our 87 Jeep Wrangler, our ‘06 Lexus, and our ‘83 Pilot. It is a perfect fit on all three! We needed the extra length to clear our rear mount tire on our Jeep. It worked! We have taken our 4”fat tire e-bikes on many roads from northern Idaho to southern Arizona. The bikes travel well and sturdy on this heavy weight rack. We feel very confident that they stay in place. We are able to load our bikes in a few minutes and hit the road in no time. It is very easy to load. We recommend using the bar grip extenders (which came in the package) to compact the storage area. This rack comes with a tip mechanism to allow you to tip the bikes down to access the rear trunk or hatchback.
I have had several name brand bike racks and the Hollywood Racks RV Rider is by far the best. The rack is very sturdy and lite weight. It was easy to assemble with very good instructions. The rack fits our fat tire e-bikes and my SUV perfectly. The rack is very easy to adjust and while it sits high as to not drag the bikes when exiting parking lots, loading our 60lb e-bikes is no problem at all with the appropriate nethod, one wheel at a time. It is also possible to lean the rack to access the rear hatch on my SUV. The main reason for purchasing the rack is it is certified to mount behind a motorhome or on an SUV while being flat towed. There is literally no movement or sway of the rack behind the SUV. Very happy with this rack.

Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier for RVs - Ladder Mount - Aluminum
Yes I did receive the racks and they look great, my husband put them on and his comments were he wished the screws were longer, and the latch down loops were tough to get hooked over the bikes. Also we thought it would be nice if it came with some pads to keep the bikes from banging together or against our spare. Overall we lke the product, and the construction it seems sturdy and we like that it swings out of the way for ladder access. Your service was very prompt, which is always appreciated.
The process was so easy., from the search to the delivery. The products are of high-quality, and should last a long time with normal care. This is my third order with etrailer and I live there products. Everything is as advertised .If you need camping equipment then I recommend to buy from them.

The bicycle rack mounted easily by myself without help from another person. It is very strong and holds our two bicycles just as I had hoped. I slipped a pool noodle over the upright support bar to prevent scratching the inside bicycle. The only thing I can suggest is that the product would have been better if it included the cover for the upright support pole and some strapping material to keep the bicycles solidly in place while traveling. The strapping material is not a big priority for me though because I have lots of it.
This was a great compromise in cost, ease of install and use. Easily attached to the bumper (and saved cost as I didn't need to install a hitch on the RV). Bikes went in well, but needed to use pool noodles to insulate the bikes from each other and from the central pole. (Will switch to more sturdy pipe insulation next time). Add some bungies and velcro straps (to hold the wheels) and you're all set. Held our 2 mountain bikes flawlessly over our 8,000 mile road trip last summer.

Swagman RV 4-Bike RV Bumper Mount Rack
Junk absolute junk never used it through it in the trash very disappointed.
For the few times we take bikes with us, it has worked out well. I use pool noodles over the bike frames and rack bars to keep from scratching the paint off the bikes. I spaced them for adult bikes, so the kids bikes don't sit down tight. I've just used the 1" tie ratchet straps and rubber straps to hold everything down. It can be challenging to get 4 bikes secure, but I haven't lost one yet. There really aren't any good spots to hook into, so I may modify accordingly. I would probably by them again.

Swagman XP RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches
So far, so good. I just received this last week and installed it on the back of my fifth wheel. We have four bikes (2 adult bikes and two kids bikes), and fitting all four of the bikes on the racks took some creativity but it was possible. The rack seems very sturdy, but we will see if it stands the test of time as we are full-time RVers who travel about 6,000 miles per year. Our last bike rack (Swagman XTC4) was completely worn out after about 14,000 miles of use on the back of our fifth wheel.
I hate this bike rack. For a heavy is at it, 40 lbs, it is junk, wobbles and moves around like crazy. If you need an overpriced boat anchor, this will fit the bill. Better to cut the rope when you leave it. Terrible tolerances. I bought the chincy locking ring they want to sell you and it did absolutely nothing. Don't put a nice bike on it because you'll be sorry. Honestly I try to avoid etrailer whenever possible at this point. Why can a hitch fit well but this is really undersized and the fit it terrible

Thule Range RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches
This is the best bike rack for a 5th wheel that I have ever seen or used. I have had it for a year now and used it multiple times. We travel for work and my wife follows me in the car, so she can see the bikes on the rack and what they are doing. She says they hardly move at all. It holds them very solid even when going over rough roads, where we see the bikes on the back of other RV's bouncing all over the place.
I combined this with the Mount-n-lock bumper hitch receiver as well as the safety struts bumper reinforcements. We have gone on one of the bumpiest roads and while this thing takes a beating, it does the job. It does a fair amount of bouncing as I see it in the camper rear camera, but I think that’s part of the engineering to let a little absorption of the bounce happen. Overall, great product and I highly recommend. (By the way, don’t forget to do your calculations for the weight of your bikes as they go further away from the inner most part of the bike rack, they weight heavier).

Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers - 2"-100 lbs
Unconventional Use. This was purchased not to hold bikes but as a frame to hold flag poles which were affixed to it with off the shelf hardware. The actual receiver tube will be used for a custom camp site sign identifying our family. Overall the frame exceeded our expectations for quality and functionality. I cannot comment on its originally designed use, but for what we use it for it was the perfect choice.
I ordered one of these a year ago and it arrived with critical welds missing. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they sent me a brand new unit. Mounting was easy (with the right tools). I did swap out the crummy fasteners that they supply for attaching to the trailer tongue with grade 8 yellow zinc plated fasteners from [online]. It is holding up great and makes bike carrying super easy. I like that I can see them in the rear view mirror and see if anything is coming loose. I used a cheap bike rack on this and flipped the arms of the rack around rearward to keep the bikes close to the front of the travel trailer. This also allows me to fully open the hatch of my tow vehicle when the bikes are mounted. So overall this is a nice addition that avoids trying to mount anything to the flimsy rear bumper of the travel trailer, although it does add some tongue weight. I am super happy with it so far and it looks nice a year later despite having sat outside 100% of the time.

Swagman Nomad Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Great product! Easy to install. Easy to adjust to bikes. Solid construction. Nothing moves or loosens up in travel. Installed on a travel trailer. By far the best we’ve seen in any campground. Price is fair! Nice to have the bikes with us, secured on a carrier and not bouncing in the back of the truck. Highly recommend this bike carrier!!
Great rack, I like the extended, elevated shank, it allows the bikes to easily clear the back of the travel and makes it easy to work around the spare tire. Well thought out design.

Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Bike Rack Tailgate Storage System
I like this rack because it’s a good size and is built sturdy I had to extend my bumper out 6 inch’s in order to install the mounting brackets because my bumper was so close to my trailer but it was worth it to get the extra storage.
Oversize your holes for pins to allow for powder coat build up. Possible an additional fold up Stantion for the back side (camper side) to protect camper. Good quality, great paint. Tighter tolerance on the stantions would make the user feel a little more secure but works well.

Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe 2 Bike Rack for RV Bumpers
Terrible product as it sits too low on the bumper. I mangled a bike wheel backing up to a slight swale. The bike wheel was only six inches off the ground, the swale was seven. My bad for backing up without a spotter but the bike rack is not adjustable & therefore worthless to me.
I am very satisfied with the bike rack. Instillation was simple. The package had been previously opened and was missing 2 nuts but I had them in the garage. The product stated it would not fit on a bike with less than 18” between the seat and handle bar post but I drilled 2 holes in the top cross bar and set them on an angle as allowed in the instructions and they fit my mountain bikes with a cradle of 14”. I added a web strap from the tire support post, over the tire and around the bike cross bars to eliminate any swaying which did not appear to be a problem even before the strap. My 2 mountain bikes weigh 35.5lbs each and appeared very secure for a 700 mile trip.

Yakima LongHaul RV Bike Rack - 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Silver
Not RV rated. Mine bent on the main tube going up and the arms going out holding the bikes. I contacted etrailer and Yakima without any warranty support. Both stating I loaded the bikes incorrectly. etrailer's website does not provide any instructions for how it should be loaded. Rating is for 37.5lbs per bike and you can not go over that limit even 0.5lbs. Good thing I didn't have 4 full size bikes on there. I purchased Yakima specifically because of the name brand but I guess it is what it is.
This was a huge fail for me. I attached a few pictures to show my issues. To start with, my wife has a small frame bike. The frame of the bike will not fit on this rack. Even if I bought the bar that goes across making a flat top bar to attach to, the two frame rails that the bikes sit on will not fit in between the frame or the seat and the front frame. (Hard to explain, see picture of light colored bike) 2nd was my bike. I have a medium frame bike that did fit on the rack, but the handle bars and pedals are wider then all 4 bike positions available. There is absolutely no way that I could ever get 4 bikes on the rack. I don’t see 4 kids bikes fitting on this. I guess this is the issue with hanging style back racks. Now I have to pay almost $[XX] to ship it back to etrailer. So I basically payed $[XX] to have this rack out of the box for all of 30 minutes. I’m happy they are taking a return but having to pay to return this item is going to keep me from buying from etrailer again. This is why Am**on is doing so well. You can return things for free.

Lets Go Aero NEO2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
This purchase was to have a rack we can use when we need to bring single bikes in addition to or instead of our tandem. We have used it about a dozen times and it has been a great solution. Easy to store and set up and the wheel mount eliminates any issues with having a horizontal frame member to hang from. We've heavily loaded it several times including wedging our bike trailer between the bikes.
Great customer service, answered all my questions! I’m very happy with my bike rack!
Swagman E-Spec Electric Bike Rack Review - 2023 Honda CR-V
Hi, everyone. Aiden here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Swagman E-SPEC platform-style bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2023 Honda CR-V. This platform-style rack holds the bike in two sets of wheel cradles that are adjustable on these arms, front to back, allowing us to fit a variety of different wheel bases. In addition to that, it's going to hold the bike by the frame with this frame hook up top. The frame hook will ratchet down over the center mast here and hold the bike in place.
Kuat NV 2-0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack Review - 2023 Honda CR-V
Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 Base and seeing how it fits on our 2023 Honda CR-V. The NV is a platform-style bike rack, holding the bike in these trays with that front tire in a wheel cradle, held in by a wheel hook. That's gonna mean there's zero frame contact on the bike, making it good for carbon frame and alternative frame bikes, and with a 60 pound weight capacity per bike, you can get an e-bike on here too. There will be a second point of contact with the back tire in the form of a wheel strap. That's really just meant to hold that back tire down, keep it secured.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2023 Honda CR-V
Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we have the Hollywood Racks Destination Four Bike Platform Rack. We'll take a look at how it fits our 2023 Honda CR-V. The destination four bike rack is actually something I recommend very often for people just getting into needing a bike rack for their car. With a CR-V, it's a really good fit too because if you have your vehicle fully loaded with your friends and your family or maybe you have kids that wanna go for a ride this is a platform rack design specifically for that situation. It can fit kids' bikes, it can fit larger bikes.
CURT Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2023 Honda CR-V
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at Etrailer, and today we have the Curt Premium four hanging style bike rack. We'll take a look at how it fits our 2023 Honda CR-V. The Curt Premium is what I would recommend for people that want the hanging style bike rack but they want something that's affordable but also good for children's bikes and even mountain bikes. So because of the unique way that this bike rack is designed, where it tapers towards the end, it makes it easier for those types of frames. So if that's you, you might be interested in this video. First off is we do have a Curt Premium four.
Saris MHS 2 Bike Rack Review - 2022 Honda CR-V
Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Saris MHS on our 2022 Honda CR-V. The MHS is a platform style bike rack. It's gonna hold the bike in these trays and by the tires. This is going to get a pretty strong hold on the bike, too, because of few secondary points of contact like that wheel block at the front and our wheel strap at the back. Now because it makes no frame contact, excuse me, that's gonna mean it's good for carbon frame bikes and alternative frame bikes.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2022 Honda CR-V
Hi, everyone. Aidan here with etrailer.com. And today, we're taking a look at the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 on our 2022 Honda CR-V. Now, we've got this in the black color variant here but you can also get it in pearl or gray. So, you can color match it to your vehicle or just match your tastes. And this is going to be a platform style rack, holding the bike in these trays and primarily, by the front tire up here.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2022 Honda CR-V
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination four bike rack on our 2022 Honda CR-V. This is a platform style bike rack that holds the bike in these trays and primarily with a cradle up here on the frame. It's gonna have a strap run around the frame that keeps it in the cradle, and it's gonna hold it, actually really well. We've got two secondary points of contact on each wheel these wheel straps that pull it down and in . Because it makes frame contact, we do wanna avoid carbon frame bikes because that can damage the frame.
Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack with Ramp Review - 2022 Honda CR-V
Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over the Yakima OnRamp Two Bike Rack here on our 2022 Honda CR-V. So the OnRamp is a platform-style bike rack designed for those heavier E-bikes with a 66 pound capacity. So there's two different types of bike rack options on the market. We have the platform style, which was what this is and we have the hanging style. Now the hanging style are good, they're still good options. They're usually pretty lightweight, so they're easy to get on and off the vehicle, but one big downside to those is number one, they can't carry heavy bikes.
Yakima HoldUp Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Honda CR-V
Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we are looking at the Yakima holdup two bike rack here on our 2021 Honda CRV. Now the holdup is a decent bike, it's a solid bike rack because of its great weight capacity. So if you have heavy electric bikes and you want something that's pretty easy to carry them, this is a pretty good option for that. One of its features is that it can tilt away.
Curt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Honda CR-V
Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we are looking at the CURT Premium Four Bike Rack on our 2021 Honda CRV. Now, this is a four bike rack but it also comes as a five bike rack, which is the same design, same style, just one extra cradle here at the end. I really like this bike rack because of how family friendly it is. It has a special design where it's wider up here in the back and narrower here in the middle or the end.
Yakima RidgeBack Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Honda CR-V
What's up everybody, it's AJ, with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out the Yakima, RidgeBack bike rack, on our 2021, Honda CRV. Now, it's gonna be a hanging style bike rack, which means, the bikes going to hang from its frame on these arms. We have an aluminum road bike on there today. These are one of the ones, where we recommend not using a carbon fiber bike. You wanna keep that looking nice.
Thule Hitching Post Pro Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2020 Honda CR-V
Ryan: Hey, everybody. Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2020 Honda CRV, we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro Four-Bike Rack. So, this is going to be a really convenient way to carry around a lot of bikes. In my opinion, it sure beats having to put your bikes up on your roof rack. You're going to have to deal with lifting them up over your head and getting them secured up there, or maybe even taking up all the space inside of your Honda putting all of your bikes back there.
Curt Premium Bike Rack Review - 2019 Honda CR-V
Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2019 Honda CR-V we're gonna be checking out the Curt premium hitch-mounted bike rack. So, first impressions of the rack. I think it's a good fit for the Honda. You know, it keeps the bikes nice and high off the ground. And this one is able to carry up to a total of four bikes, so you can really pile up your friends inside of the CR-V and go hit the trails.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 Honda CR-V
Hi there CRV owners. Today, on our 2019 Honda CRV, we're going to be taking a look at Swagman's Current 2 Bike Platform Rack. This rack is designed for not only your road bikes but as well as your mountain bikes, your fat bikes, and E-bikes. Unlike hanging bike racks that hold it by the frame, this one has two cradles, one for each wheel that holds it in place with the cam buckle straps, and then a hook here on top that cinches it down tight so that way it can't go anywhere. One of the nice features about this rack is that you can tilt it away while the bikes are loaded on it, even if you've got E-bikes loaded up on it, which are a little bit heavy and can be difficult to remove. We simply pull the lever here at the bottom and then our bikes can tilt away. This way, we can get access to the back of the vehicle.
Thule Hitching Post Pro Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Honda CR-V
Colin: Hey everyone, it's Colin here at etrailer. Today we have in here a 2018 Honda CRV. We've been test fitting some bike racks on it. Right now we have installed a Thule Hitching Post Pro. This is a four-bike hanging style rack. This is going to allow you to get four bikes loaded up so you can get them to and from your destination.
Yakima Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2017 Honda CR-V
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Yakima OnRamp 2-bike platform rack for your electric bikes here on our 2017 Honda CR-V. So what's awesome about this guy, you're definitely gonna get a great weight capacity rating, with 66 pounds it's really starting to set itself ahead of that standard 60 pounds that you're kind of limited to on most of your carrier units. So this is gonna be great for these e-bikes right, because already they're already pushing that 60 pounds. Now we definitely know they're getting up there, they're pushing that 65, and luckily for us, we're gonna have a way of actually starting to transport it safely and effectively. So again, with that 66 pound limit, that's gonna be excellent.
Curt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2017 Honda CR-V
Hey, everybody, welcome to each etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Curt Premium four bike rack hanging style carrier here on our 2017 Honda CRV. So this is gonna be a pretty decent way of getting four bikes wherever you guys want to take it up to those trailheads. And one thing that's really nice about it, you are gonna have this nice little tapered arms. So, this is what really starts setting it apart from a lot of the other hanging styles out there. So, here at the top we have our standard spread going across.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Honda CR-V
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And, today I'm taking a look at the Swagman XC2 platform-style bike rack for two bikes, on a 2014 Honda CR-V. Now, this bike rack is a very minimalistic bike rack. Not a ton of frills, but it is platform-style, and it does have a frame mount that secures the bike. So, as you can see, for not having a whole lot of hardware on here, it does a really good job of holding that onto the vehicle. So, taking a closer look, we can see this hoop style, and that's gonna have any tire that's up to 2 1/2 inches to be able to sit in here.
What our customers are saying:
