Cool to follow up on your product. The multi-ball works as it should. I bought it since I didn't know if the trailer I would get would be 2" or 2 1/4. I tow a 4,000 # trailer/race car with it. It's a heavy piece to carry around, but I feel that it will last a good many years. I did make a spacer to cram into the receiver, so the hitch doesn't rattle as much. Otherwise it's great..

This is actually the second one of these I've installed. I helped a friend put one on his 06 Outback and it was really easy. So when I needed one for my 05 Outback I knew where to buy one. Super-simple installation and looks good too.

After balking at the cost to have an auto-shop add a trailer to our Toyota Highlander, we found etrailer.com and decided to take a chance. The "how to" videos factored considerably in our decision to buy ... they made it look so easy! And surprise! It really -WAS- that easy. We used standard block-type ramps (the kind you can buy for $40 ) to get the SUV up off the ground high enough to get underneath to do the work. Everything came off as easy as it was showed in the videos. Other than the fact this bar is a heavy so we had our teen daughter help hold it steady while we bolted it into place (i.e., get help for when you go to lift it), it went super smooth. I use this Curt hitch pin and clip when I'm using the receiver plug-even though I COULD use it with my hitch. Being an expensive hitch, I like RH5-XL when it's on my truck. The Curt is better than plain hitch pins because of the rubber on both the pin and the clip, which gives a better grip when it's cold or wet. Etrailer, as usual, got it to me fast, and the price was right. Also, I like that the clip goes through the pin instead of into a slot, making it somewhat harder for the clip to fall out or spread the legs of the clip over time-at least I think so.

Product is exactly what I was looking for. I tried all the local places and they did not carry trailer hitch safety pin I was looking for. In addition, it shipped in less than 24 hours and arrived in less than 5 days.

I am using 4 of the wire lock Snapper pins to attach a shelf I built to span the front of my trailer using etrack and the wood beam brackets. Using these pins makes the shelf mounting very solid yet completely removable in a matter of a minute or so. While this is something these pins were not intended for, they appear to have been custom made for the job.

Snapper pins work great. I use them for fast set up on my Bimini top.

I had a hard time finding this size, so I'm happy I finally did and now can finish my project.

Factory utility trailer tail gate latch lacked quality control. Could not pull gate pin far enough to release the gate. Removed the spring and added a hitch pin to keep the latch from dropping the gate bouncing down the road. Lost a few pins, found some in the wash machine, got these cables and the pins stay at the trailer where their supposed to be. Took 10 seconds to attach, not theft proof but they work!

This is a great small size safety snapper pin. I have it attached via chain to your Husky 2" hitch coupler (HT 87074). It is the perfect answer for a safety pin that insures your coupler stays locked. I am highly satisfied with both products and would recommend either to anyone. (See Picture)

Have received snapper pins and have installed them. They'll see salt water followed weekly, but will be followed by a freshwater rinse. Wish I could have found SS versions of these, but I could not. Product arrived in a few business days and in fine condition as have all of my other Etrailer purchases.

This is a great product makes loading and unloading my kayak a lot easier. Holding up well after a year.

This pivot lock hitch pin has work perfectly. I am using it (actually two of them for double security) on a trailer tongue extension for my sailboat trailer. The inner tongue slides inside the original tongue. These locking pins are used to lock it in the towing position and the launching positon. Perfect replacement for my Blue Ox hitch and tow guard pins (they are different sizes). I keep spares on hand because these things have a habit of getting lost. I am a repeat customer because of the excellent customer service and fast shipping.

Have not had any issue with the clip. Been using it on my tow bar for flat towing the Jeep. Spring is still strong and no rust.

Been securing the trailer ball latch with a bolt or a piece a wire. The bolt disappears on a regular basis with different folks helping. Now I just have to keep track of the trailer because the pin is permanently attached. Thank You

These lanyards are excellent for tethering hitch pin clips which always seem to disappear at the most inopportune times. The cables are strong and good quality. Good buy.

Product is exactly what I needed for the application being used! Could not find one locally with the dimensions required. etrailer.com had just what I wanted! Using it as a quick disconnect for ice auger. Can now remove auger from unit quickly and easily!

These hitch pins, like everything else I've bought at etrailer, is well made and sturdy. But what I believe is most commendable about the company is their superb customer service. You can get good products and fair prices from online retailers, but it is their attention to the customer's needs that sets them apart.

works well, but with the particular hitch, the safety chain loops make getting the clip in the pin hole a little difficult. Slightly longer pin would be great

Awesome pin. Replaced the pin on our Andersen weight distribution system triangle plate. Their pins were very slightly bending making it difficult to remove and put into triangle plate after a few thousand miles. This pin traveled 1500 plus miles without a “hitch”. It is solid!....yeah, best pin ever.
