Best 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 5th Wheel Gooseneck Adapters

Straight forward installation, website easy to navigate to find the correct hitch for my vehicle, and the most reasonable price I found. Ordered on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday!!!!!!!!!

Hitch is as expected. B&W's reputation precedes itself as the best of the best. Also, I now have a higher opinion of this company. The first shipment came with damage like it had been previously installed and was missing parts. Samantha with etrailer was quick to get it completely replaced. Obviously it should have come right the first time, but I am still impressed with how easy she made it for me by having the damaged unit picked up and a new one delivered in time for our trip.

I have a standard bed on a 2024 Chevrolet 2500hd and the offset hitch extends too far so that it contacts my bed on the left and right when I angle my trailer at about a 120 degree angle. I will get the straight one so it will fit properly. My rhino box fifth wheel is pretty short but makes this setup too long. Get the straight one if you have a Chevy with a rhino box 5th wheel. Towing is nice and hookup was easy. 3 stars just because the offset hit the sides.

Great product! Ive pulled a 42' to Hell and back not one problem. It is heavy, but it's very solid. My fifth wheel hitch fit straight in. Way cheaper than having to put rails in if you have a factory ball hitch in the bed. Its It's also nice that it's removable so you can haul furniture, or things that can't sit crooked ect. Great product, should last forever. Definitely would recommend

Great price shipped fast

I had an issue with this not sitting all the way down into by gooseneck. I have to place my backhoe bucket down into this for my bolts to engage...What a pain in the neck. Wish there was a easy way to fix this, but I feel the only way is to mill the piece or shim my existing gooseneck under the bed.

Shipper dropped box, chipped some paint, and pin is missing. Other than that, smooth process from order to delivery. No fault to trailer at all. Seems like a well built rugged hitch!

This is just what I wanted. A bit heavy but then again it has to be sturdy to be safe. It was easy to install maybe took 15 minutes. What I like is that it will fit any goose-neck set up, unlike some of the others. Has a nice powder coat and works easily. The pin is about three inches forward and I thought this might change the characteristics when backing up but it did not.

Products fit properly, I haven’t used it yet with my 5th wheel hitch but appears to be sturdy and should work well. Easy to switch form 5th wheel hitch to gooseneck ball.

Fast shipping and fit great!

Used the Companion hitch to convert gooseneck ball mount to 5th wheel hitch. Companion fits perfectly inside the well of my flatbed and is easy to remove to use the gooseneck ball and easy to re-install. The hitch is very secure and tows my RV quite smoothly. There is no back and forth movement and I couldn’t be happier with it. Easy to hook up and disconnect the trailer. Highly recommended. Etrailer staff was very helpful in helping me find the right equipment to meet my needs.

Hitch is great, B&W products are exceptional. Had the turnover ball mounted on a Douglass flatbed. Purchased the fifth wheel hitch for a 37 ft two axle toy hauler. Pulls great, easy installation. Make sure to make all the appropriate measurements before purchasing. There were some shipping issues. etrailer failed to send a bolt bag initially. Took a while to get that rectified, but all is well.

very well built unit can´t wait to install it and get camping the delivery was fast but it looked like the pkg went through a war zone good thing it´s metal but nothing got damaged

Paid a few bucks extra to get it here in two days. Actual price for shipping was less then the quote while buying, that was awesome. Minor detail was the fact that my trailer pin holes were not in perfect alignment with the world, but it really does not matter once its hooked up. And on top of that, anyone buying this hitch, is not hooking to a 40,000 lb trailer and needing the truck to raise the trailer. Hitch is fine just not 100% straight to the world. This is an amazing part. Yes its bare metal and yes there are a few sharp edges that could be cleaned up. BUT, if you are looking for a show piece then buy the one that cost $300.00 bucks. If you want quality and functionality then this kingpin adapter is amazing. I will swap this adapter every time I hook to a crappy goose-neck bone shaker.

Shipping was fast. Experience with e trailer was good as always. Part was not so impressive. Plate where welded onto tube was not in line with the holes causing the hitch to not align with the trailer. Other than alignment hitch adapter looks and feels sturdy and robust.

Order confirmation was fast, shipping was fast, they said it would be here Saturday but ups doesn’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday so it didn’t get here until Monday. I knew this so I was expecting it and I didn’t need it right away so to me it didn’t matter. Everything was delivered in good shape when it got here. I’ve bought one of these from strainer before and liked it so when I found I was in need of a goose neck adapter again I got the same one and etrailer came through again. This adapter is expensive but it works great. Would recommend.

William was great. The actual sales part of this was beyond excellent I received my Gen-y in only a couple of days and my son and I easily installed the hitch on the trailer in less than an hour and a half. We used a floor jack to support it after we hitched it to the goofball in the truck and then backed up into the trailer pocket and then used the hydraulic jacks on the trailer to get it in perfect position and bolted it down.

The Gen-Y hitch is very stout & well built. Fit & finish was excellent. Installed myself in about 30 minutes.

Box was destroyed due to shipping with the USPS, but heavy pce, so its was expected. HItch was as expected, satisfied.

Great price and fast shipping

Added a gooseneck 5th wheel to a 14,000# dumpster trailer using boxed 8x8 wfb. Built it to the truck. This product ideal for this project. Welded on with flat plate allowing space for adjustment. Towing made a huge difference with the trailer maxed out most of the time. Turning around is fantastic with the ability to jack it around up to the cab.

Best customer service experience parts came in faster than expected and well packaged had placed the wrong order the first time and emailed the customer service to cancel order on a sunday replied right away and got me set up with the correct parts definitely my go to place from now on as a first generation farmer and having to deal with many trailers either to move cattle or equipment this is a place of business i can now trust thank you customer service department

This adapter increased my revenue by 25% as now I can haul gooseneck trailers. Highly recommend for simi's that do power only with long slide fifth wheel. I really give it a 10 star

Ordered on Friday afternoon and received the following Tuesday. Very simple installation. No longer have to crank the gooseneck up or down to connect to truck. Very satisfied with this product and the price was very reasonable.

Quality steel, heavy duty. Good product. It does have some rough/sharp edges though.

I bought a used trailer and wanted to replace the gooseneck coupler and redesign the frame connection. I had a number of goals in this replacement. 1) Extend radius of the frame neck. Was 73in increased to 90in. 2) Move frame connection to a lower area of tube. 3) Increase surface area frame contacts tube and add collars to tube for increased surface area for cross tube pin. 4) Convert from gooseneck to fifth wheel style connection but allow revert back if wanted. 5. Add cover over top of tube to shed water from entering tube sections. (4in PVC pipe cap with a little dremel work fits great) 6. Replace safety chains with weld on chain mounts to frame. Allow chain replacement without welding chain to frame. 7. Provide covered area for safety chains and wiring to avoid weather. After much welding and fitting the new tube and post insert are finished and painted. I am very pleased with the quality of the items from etrailer and will be placing more orders in the future for trailer parts.
