24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Easy to assemble heavy duty carrier.
The rack is much bigger than my previous one. I was disappointed that it was made in China instead of the USA. It assembled very easily and the light kit works very well. The only draw back is I can no longer open my tailgate with the rack installed due to the spare tire hitting the raised rack.

19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Folding - 500 lbs
Replacing a steel rack that was stolen form our yard. So we thought of upgrading to a folding aluminum rack. Very easy to put together an feels solid. Folding feature works easily. One of the braces had a manufacturing defect. When I called etrailer they were very responsive and said they would get us a replacement part right away. The next day a complete new rack was sent fedex from Curt, including a return shipping label. We live in the middle of nowhere and it usually takes an extra day for most shipments to get to us. We will use the rack primarily on the back of an Expedition to haul diesel fuel cans.
We had a metal cargo carrier that was so heavy we were getting to the point we could hardly get it on with two people. Saw this one out on the road and ordered it right away. What an improvement!! Love it.

GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Slide Out - 17 cu ft - 420 lbs - Black
Just returned from a 2k round trip to Boise, Idaho. Can’t believe how much this outfit held and how was it was to use. HIGHLY recommend this! Lots of interest in it along the trip, had one gentlemen tell us, he ordered one from his hotel in Boise, and a half dozen more interested. Great product.
I purchased this product because of the design, reviews, and price. I will write the negative first and the positive second. From the Company's (Lets Go Aero) standpoint, if I had been the median purchaser I would have returned this product, which is really bad because I would not have figured this out until I had most of it assembled. The result would likely have been a very upset customer. I like the GearDeck 17 overall, but there are 3 issues that need to be corrected at the factory immediately. 1) THE INSTRUCTIONS: Why in the world would a company in the US, send such terribly written instructions out with their moderately complex product assembly requirements? They are incorrect and incomplete in both text and illustrations. 2) THOSE 2 ALUMINUM ANGLES: Do they go on the inside or outside? What are they for exactly? If they are to act as spacers to protect the gasket, could they not have molded in the solution? The really absurd part is that they expect them to be held in place by crimping the channel on the weather strip. That's BS. I corrected the instructions with help from reviews and figuring it out, and I corrected the angle stupidity by riveting them in place. 3) In regard to quality control in manufacturing, there is only one area (2 issues) the hinge placement and the hinge backing plate/bar. The left hinge was placed about 1/2" too far the the left (too wide). This can be lived with. If it had been to the right I would have gone to the trouble to return this product. The right 3 rivets did not hold the backing bar in place (one of which went through the hinge). The rivets appear to be defective. This should have been caught by the riveter. I removed these 3 rivets, purchased the appropriate length and diameter rivets, had to ream the holes with a 3/16" drill, and then reinstalled. Positives: 1) 17 cubic feet (no competition) 2) slides out 3) excellent light kit 4) clam shell hard enclosure 5) overall design 6) nylock nuts (why wasn't all of the fasteners stainless steel?) 7) the receiver hitch pin and slide out pin are an excellent design (does not rattle) 8) mounting height is not too low or too high 9) light weight 10) frame rigidity is excellent. I hope the quality control, instructions, and aluminum angle business are addressed immediately because overall this is an excellent choice for our filled to capacity Ford Expedition EL.

32x48 Reese Solo Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 400 lbs
I received the package in a pretty rough exterior condition but everything was fine inside. The previous comments about having to cut away the expanded metal flooring in order to install the carriage bolts wasn't true in my case. Apparently, this quality control issue has been addressed by the manufacturer. Assembly went well and wasn't complicated. A different carriage bolt with a longer square shoulder should be used. The shoulder doesn't grip too well to the square cutout in the frame and even while pressing firmly on the head of the bolt, it wanted to turn as I was tightening the nut. All in all, it seems to be a solid product and I look forward to using it.
I wish the load capacity was a bit higher, but overall I am satisfied with the cargo carrier. It is perfect for lugging my two dog crates behind my vehicle instead of inside the vehicle. Thank you for offering a dimensionally larger cargo carrier than most retailers.

Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System w/ 2 Enclosed Cargo Carriers - 2" Hitches
Unfortunately we can’t open rear of 2018 expedition with the top box in place. One of the knob locking pins is/was broken in shipping. I also wish all of the items were keyed the same. This whole setup is 5 keys. I’ll probably call a locksmith and have them all re-keyed if possible.
Built like a tank, very high quality.

GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch - Slide Out - 34 cu ft - 300 lbs - Dark Gray
We looked all over for a hardshell storage pod, one that would fit 300 pounds of embroidery hardware. This one from Gearspace fit the bill. Super easy checkout with etrailer.com, and they were the only ones to offer free shipping, and since this is a larger, heavier item, that means LTL Freight. Not [online vendor] and not the Mfg. The GearSpace 34 arrived earlier than promised, and it was an easy unload if you have room for a sixty foot tractor trailer. 190 lbs on a pallet, but it will load right into the back of a pickup real easy. Took about 30 minutes to install, and it went like a breeze. Light test, check... signals, check. Ready to roll on our next RV trip, with lots more room for goodies along the way. This item gets an A+, it works as advertised, and etrailer.com was GREAT. They communicate often and update on order status. even sent out an email to get customer feedback and review, along with some pictures. I'm sure after this stellar review they will send me a nice etrailer hat & Koozie Pictures show the Gearspace 34 loaded with about 200 lbs right now. It never moved an inch and is solid on the mounting hitch hardware. You will not be disappointed with this product, it's top of the line for RV rear storage.
After much research for use of storage and security this Gear Space unit has served us exceptionally well. Our Class B RV is now complete!

19x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
This product was delivered quickly & was fairly easy to assemble. It works well with our Expedition. It was great to be able to unload the trailer & fold it up. We used it along with the Tow Ready 63232 locking silent hitch pin - fantastic. Very quiet & no swaying. After several days of driving it came loose, but we tightened it up & it was good again. I bought plastic tubs at Walmart for our stuff & used a cargo net to keep everything secure. Great buy for our large family!

20 x 59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Easy to assemble, sturdy, well worth the money. I've used it to haul tools, luggage, and even a small 4 wheeler from SC to TX and back again. It has a tendency to rock back and forth, but I usually just include a strap or two back to the chain stays on my expedition, and it stops the wobble.
Great quality and serves its purpose. I wish I ordered the slightly bigger one to fit the bins and items I use it for. For example, a white standard igloo cooler doesn’t fit the way I need it to maximize loading capacity. I highly recommend a stabilizer to prevent wobble.

23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Carrier and box will be moved to hitch on 209 Solitude Rv to provide extra cargo carrying ability
A good size and very strong. I like the fact that it has a grated bottom, as opposed to a few bars like many of its competitors. There are many holes and notches present for any customization desired. Also makes for a great chair to relax. I also ordered the anti-rattle pin so as to fasten this tightly to the hitch. IMO that should be included with any of these trailer-hitch-Mount accessories.
What our customers are saying:
"Thank you for a great product. I ordered a Rola basket and cargo bag, and am very pleased with the quick delivery time. Everything showed up as expected. A+ shopping experience."
