Great product .Well made.I purchased the complete trailer package from E trailer.It arrived in under three days.I had it installed in less than two hours and added 12'of flex tubing for a professional result in organizing and protecting the wiring.E-trailers communication was great with info on installation for all parts of the process ,however I didn't need it as it was straight forward and very easy to understand.The Ball mount kit is kept in a bag alongside the Jack and is ready when I need it.Highly recommend.

I received and installed a hitch assembly as well as the tongue and ball kit for my 2014 Ford Flex. I watched the installation videos for the hitch and wiring. I installed the hitch myself without issue in less than 40 minutes. The wiring took a bit longer as finding acceptable wire "runs" in the light assembly is not as clear cut as the video would have you believe. Regardless, easy install, very pleased with the products and will buy from you again if needed. Thanks for the great product and delivery in less than one week.

To be honest, I use it upside down. I needed a hitch with rise, but none were available at time of purchase, and yours, inverted, works perfectly! The welds are regularly checked and remain all secure. It's a good hitch.

WOW! What can I say? Easiest install ever! I called ahead of time and spoke with Katie about what I needed. She confirmed what I wanted would work with my van. I'm in the shipping business. The bar arrived in mint condition in a double wall box with the accessories boxed separately. After removing the hardware, reading the instructions and watching their video online, I went to work. The whole thing took less than 20 mins and I did not have to remove the exhaust. I actually used it to help hold the bar up. It took longer to remove the mud guard and rear body molding than to install. It is heavy, weighing in at about 65lbs but I did not even have to use a jack on the van. I'm very happy with my purchase and can now put bikes on the back of the van rather than in the van. I can tow our Cub Scout trailer and hall my sons football teams gear with the optional rear carrying racks. I also love the fact that the bar hides about 6" behind the bumper preventing injuries to the shins. The price was cheap and the install a breeze.

Love these. This is my third one. Wouldnt pull a trailer with anything else. Trannys are expensive.

As a full-time RVer, e-shopping is very important for us. etrailer was the right place to shop. Right product, delivered on-time for a great price. Over all the ball mount kit is great. Getting two size ball mounts is convenient. Only complaint I have is the hairpin cotter pin fits somewhat loose. Not a great design there but the rest is great.

I just received the Kit for towing from my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe and am very happy with it. I looked first at ordering the "factory" Mopar kit for it, but it was not in stock anywhere and was more expensive.

Like the product which seems very heavy-duty. The two ball mounts give me options for towing different trailers if I need it.

Used on my 1999 Dodge Intrepid's CURT 12006 Class II 1.25 in. Receiver Hitch: 350lbsTW/3500 lbs GTW. I use this Curt Class II Drawbar - 3-7/8" Rise - 11-1/4" Long - 3,500 lbs to tow a 3,500+ GTW dual axle trailer. I have used it with the trailer FULLY loaded and it performs EXCELLENT. You have to make sure the trailer is loaded correctly so as not to put too much down force on the tongue/drawbar. I was skeptical that the SOLID 1.25" bar would not take the load, but it is super strong. I chuck it in the trunk when not in use to protect passerby's shins, but it sticks out far enough clear the Intrepid's bumper, and is solid with a 2" ball (required a bushing). etrailer got it out fast at a good price! I would totally purchase this again from them.

Every part excellent quality. Perfect fit, all parts were exact for my vehicle. Watched the video on youtube for wiring and being a mechanic for over 50 years was able to connect signal lights all from driver side of harness. Instead of leaving plug inside trunk I wired through the rubber outlet to the back of the hitch ready for use. Very happy highly recommend etrailer.

Still performing excellently after a year. This draw bar is much stronger than we even need, but it gave us the two extra inches of length needed to clear the bumper, so we could install the Curt hitch-mounted clamp-on bike rack, also purchased here & working well.
