Like the product which seems very heavy-duty. The two ball mounts give me options for towing different trailers if I need it.
The order arrived in less time than expected! The items were as ordered and when assembled and fit up to the trailer worked perfectly to make it level. I am very pleased with the service and the price.

It's a tongue and two ball sizes. Not much to go wrong here. Took about ordered on a Sunday, got it on Wednesday.
I'll start off with the great customer service, called a rep for assistance and did a great job. He walked me through everything for about 5 minutes. Then I proceeded to order parts at a very reasonable price. Shipping was right on time and tracking was top notch.
Now for the parts I received. Trailer hitch receiver was built like a tank, and very easy to install. I didn't even have to take off the whole bumper which I see on your website. There is only one problem with this hitch receiver. Zip ties to hold the facia bracket? It's like putting a $10 paint job on a Rolls Royce. I'm sure you have a good R&D department, but this is unacceptable. I could tell you how to make this better but I'm not part of your team. Could be solved by putting a ___ on the ______. R&D should be smart enough and paid well to figure this out. No offense but they can do better. ??ZIP TIES?? Also, it is pitched with a cap but did not receive that.
I also purchased A brake controller P3 and a ball hitch. The ball hitch is pictured wrong on your website. It's pictured with an adjustable ball hitch. This is what really wanted but got something entirely different. If it works, I'll be fine with it. I should have caught that, but my eyes adjusted on the adjustable ball hitch. P3 brake controller was very easy to install, about 5 minutes.
On a closing note, I will order from etrailer again. Thanks for your business. Just please listen to your customers and fix these problems. Everything and everybody are not perfect. Thanks again.
The hitch assembly included everything needed for quick and complete installation. Perfect fit for my 2023 Honda Passport. Have been using etrailer for some years now and have never had a bad experience. The self-help videos are a plus for customer service. Good work guys!
It was a partial shipment. The label read box 1 of 1. I had to call to find out that the remainder was being shipped from a different location.
Haven’t used it yet, but looks good. I’m not sure what height offset I need, so this kit gives me several options, plus two ball sizes. Really good value.
I'm no great ball mount expert, but these seemed super solid to me.
Great price and well made. Initially bought this kit to serve my towing needs, at the time. Unfortunately I ended up not needing them and returned the package, unused. Will buy again if necessity dictates. Comes with a nice carrying/storage bag. Very well put together kit.
Great bargain considering the various trailer heights and ball sizes this kit can accommodate.
I bought the 1 7/8 and 2 inch combo so that switching between the two is as easy as pulling a pin. However, I didn't realize that I had to install the ball. I had to find someone with a wrench and torque wrench big enough to do it. Otherwise, excellent quality as usual from E-Trailer.
