Best 2017 Honda Ridgeline Tonneau Covers

The product arrived ahead of schedule and after having watched your install videos I was able to install it without needing the written instructions. It looks great. The instructions that came with the cover did not show how the bracket mounted on the Ridgeline, but the video you guys produced covered it well. The only issue I had was that the Honda bed upper front hold down point brackets did not fit over the Tonneau Cover brackets, so I left them off. This may be because they strengthened the cover bracket by putting a notch in it. My plan is to grind the Honda bracket to allow space for the obstruction. Thanks again I am thrilled with how easy it was!

Had it installed for almost a year and do like it. Two complaints: (1) even with the cover installed correctly as I'm driving at highway speeds I can see the cover rippling (like ocean waves) from the air leaking past the rubber seal, and (2) when I open lid to the built in storage box in the bed of my Honda Ridgeline the left side of the lid rubs up against the tonneau cover metal bar somewhat rubbing off the black paint.

Was very easy to install on my 2025 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport. took about an hour. Looks great on truck and fits very nice.

Works great. Good product

Pros: Install was easy, improved gas mileage, easy to roll up when not in use. Cons: Needs to be about 1/2" wider on both sides to provide a watertight seal. Biggest draw back - no longer allows for full opening of the trunk in the Ridgeline. Trunk opens to about 75% and this can't be adjusted due to the side rails with the kit (without cutting them and losing structural integrity of the tonneau cover). Trunk is still functional, but not what it was. Overall, very good product, but would have been nice to know the the drawbacks ahead of time. Always great to deal with Etrailer.com though!

Easy to install and great fit. My only complaint was there was extra screws included. I had to watch install video to see if I had missed a step. Come to find out there was just extra screws.

Easy install. Only takes one person. Looks great and arrived a week early. My Honda Ridgeline trunk is funtional with top open or closed. Only a slight restriction on how far it will open.

I just installed the Access Lorado Roll-up cover on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. This is a well made product and I am delighted with the purchase. The box arrived from the factory within a week of ordering from etrailer.com. Self-help installation was hassle free for one person using printed instructions and on-line videos. Make sure you pay close attention to installation of the tension adjuster so that the notches on both fiberglass reinforced plastic components engage the side rail properly (both components slide under the side rail until the notch is engaged). The cover fits like a glove out-of-the box, and it looks amazing! I look forward to exposing it in all weather conditions but it appears to be reasonably watertight. The box included a small package called the sound and vibration dampening kit that includes velcro hooks to better hold the rear cross rod to the rail, and rubber seals to dampen sound between the cover and two rear cross rods. I'll install this kit later if I notice a concern but I am impressed that Access would include it, likely in response to customer feedback.

Clean look and easy to use. Still very satisfied with my purchase after 1 year. I installed it on a 2018 Honda ridgeline. My only complaint is when I purchased the product, it took them 3 delivery to provide the right attachment parts for my vehicle. Poor workmanship from the manufacturer. This problem as nothing to do with etrailer, which I'm happy with.

I’ve had this cover for over a year and have nothing but great things to say about it. It’s solid, well built, and kept whatever I’ve put in the bed dry.

Not too difficult to install and this has been a real help to me in protecting items when travelling. Plus it looks great. A screw connecting a cross bar to the frame came out after about 9 months, but it was an easy size to replace.

Installation on my 2019 Honda Ridgeway was a snap following Utube instructions. Bed remains dry in heavy snow and rain , even at highway speeds. Easy to remove and store during summer months when I am hauling bikes.

After 1 year, it shows no sign of wear and continues to work as it should.

After a year it still keeps the bed dry and works the same as when it was brand new. The only issue I have is that installation requires the use of the front top hold down bracket holes thus eliminating any tie down options at the front top of the bed. The hold down brackets are still available at the front of the bed at the bottom but nothing at the top.

Installation instructions were not very clear, but we got it done and have been very pleased with it, both aesthetically and functionally. Great product!!!

Installation wasn't too difficult for an old guy like me but......the hardware kit was a little fubar....6 washers, 5 bolts and 7 nuts (the reason for 4 stars).....lol oh well. Still looks great !

Awesome tonneau for my 2020 honda ridgeline. Still looks like new, easy to cover and rollup. Install was easy as well

I am very happy with the purchase 1 year later. I have a 21 Honda Ridgeline and found the instalation easy. You need to install the included sidewalls to accommodate the ridgeline bed shape and they do create an extra seam, but its not an issue. I can still access the trunk. Works well.

Love this cover. It was a bit tricky to figure out how this works as the Honda Ridgeline requires a kit that comes with it so it'll fit. Once this step was completed, the rest of it was not too hard to figure out.

The first access tonneau cover I purchased from eTrailer in 2008 and I installed it on my 2007 Ridgeline. The cover held up well and I just replaced it with the same model (cover) this year. It fits perfectly. Good and timely shipping from eTrailer.

OVER ALL VERY GOOD This is a nice cover. It is a changle to install. It took me a little over 2 hours to put in by my self. The problem is with the Ridgeline, NOT the cover. You must take all the bed walls off the truck and this takes time. There is drilling involved, but measure twice and drill once. I marked where the holes were going to go and put the wall back in the truck to make sure it was in the correct spot. The directions were fair, you just have to take your time and double check everything. I am sure if you have the correct tools you could do this job. It is well worth the time because it looks great when you are all done.

After installation, the cover and its components appear to be a high quality product. It took me approximately 1 hour to install. The installation manual/process would benefit from having color pictures vice the black and white photos.

The unit shipped to my location with over a months delay. This was too late for our last camping trip of2 2021, which I was counting on using it. I installed this year instead. Some of the tapped holes need to be re-tapped. Also, drain plugs were a little tricky in that the hose interfered with that latching mechanism, so they did not latch correctly at first. The roll-up into the box does not seem as smooth as the videos seem to show. Roll down to close is smooth.

If it was practical to return it, I probably would. I am a farmer and a mechanic, so I can live with it, but not very good. Install was complex and baffling as I have a Ridgeline which is not standard. The worst feature is the back latch or uses a cable pull and two sliding latches which are just trash. Poor design, bad functionality and breaks easily. Mine jammed up and would not unlock, and ended up breaking the cheap plastic lock assembly to get in, result of poor design. Still jams and easier to just leave it unlatched and unlocked. Small rubber seal at endgate fell off and lost. Looks good, secure when it works. Expected more.

I’m very happy with this cover. It fits well, rolls up easily when needed and does a great job of keeping my cargo safe and dry.
