The tires look good but haven't been driven on yet. I'm not sure this is the place to raise this concern but shipping packaging needs to be improved. 4 tires ordered and boxed 2 per box Both boxes were open when delivered even though they were stapled close. I guess I'm lucky I received all 4 tires. It could of been due to the carrier's handling practices. The carrier was UPS. etrailer may want to look at Tire Rack's packaging for shipping. Seems to work better plus no cardboard to recycle.

Tires were shipped in nice sturdy boxes and fit perfectly on new hubs I installed on a recent trailer purchase. Previous owner had the wrong size wheel and tires with an even smaller spare. Now I have all matching.

These Taskmaster 4.80R12 radials replaced a set of bias-ply tires that came with a 2003 LoadRite galvanized 5' x 8' flatbed single-axle utility trailer I purchased in June, 2022. After making several short local runs, the new tires got their first real workout during a trip from Pennsylvania to Georgia. The trailer was loaded to about 2/3 of its rated 1,620-lb. capacity. Those of you who travel up and down the East coast know how rough some sections of major roadways can be. In all conditions encountered (including driving rain, "uneven lanes" and flooded highways) the tires tracked rock steady and performed flawlessly. As I previously experienced with etrailer, customer service, website information and delivery were all 5-star. The site's recommendation of radial tires for highway-use applications was the main factor in my decision to buy this product and, so far, I am very pleased with the results.

Every year we drive to Cape Cod with our utility trailer full of "toys". It's an 8hr expressway drive cruising around 75mph. The original tires on the trailer were rated for 70 mph max. These are rated for 81 mph. I feel much more comfortable at sustained highway speeds with these radial tires.

I needed a new set of tires for a camper I recently sold. I had bought trailer tires from etrailer in the past with great results. My expectations were met and exceeded again this time. The quality of the product, the communication, the price and the speed of delivery cannot be surpassed. I got a great set of Kenda tires on USA made rims for a great price. Tires are kind of like brake jobs, do you really want a cheap one? Sure A****n is great for a lot of stuff but I’m not going to go barreling down the road towing a trailer on poor quality tires. Do yourself a favor and get it right the first time. It’ll save you money in the long run!

I received these tires ontime and when promised. They are of good quality, & were not a pair of tires that were sitting around in storage for a long time. I waited to review them until I had them installed on my Trailer. I'm very satisfied with their ride. The original tires on my 2021 Geo Pro 20BHS, which we picked up in June 2020, were the same brand and tire model except they were only a Load Range 'C' tire. I will continue to order Trailer parts & accessories from etrailer, they are a good company to deal with.

I’ve had great experiences in the past but this time wasn’t the case. I ordered these tires for my raft trailer. I ordered these on Sunday evening because they would arrive on Wednesday as I was leaving on a week long vacation on Friday. Well the tires didn’t show till Friday and then they weren’t the right size!! Very disappointed. I called customer service to explain my concern and was not impressed. Customer service is not what it once was. Yes I was offered to make the order correct but after this huge inconvenience and having to buy an additional set of tires from a local shop I’m stuck with two sets of tires and a feeling like I am just another victim of a crappy online shopping experience.

Great products and very good prices on quality tire. Quick shipment and boxed very nicely. Fit on trailer hub perfectly. Videos really helped me measure hub lugs and explain ply difference and load range differences. I have a better product which will haul more. I will be buying a hitch and wiring for another car and the videos show me how easy it is to install. Companies around here want up to $400.00 to install. Thanks for the service will be back

I pull my boat on interstate to most my fishing locations on average I was changing the bias tire I was using every 2500 to 3000 miles. Sine installing the kenda radial I have pulled boat to Pennsylvania and back over a thousand miles and tires still look new. More than pleased

Purchased 4 of these tires to replace the tires on a used travel trailer. The ones that came on the trailer were newer but were a brand I could not trace the origin of and could find zero manufacturer information. I was preparing for a 1000+ trip and didn't feel comfortable with the tires that came with my new-to-me trailer. After shopping around locally, these tires were less expensive than what I could get a comparable tire for (without rim) mounted at a local chain tire store. The Kenda Karriers shipped fast from etrailer. They were mounted and inflated perfectly and it took my son and I about 30 minutes total to make the swap. We made the trip about ~550 miles each way in 90+ heat. I gave the tires little thought other than a check or two during the trip when I thought about it. Zero issues. Very happy with this product and the purchase experience.

The packages arrived before the scheduled delivery. Each tire was in its’ own box undamaged with convenient carrying handles x2. The rims and tires were perfect. Each D rated tire had 65#’s of air in them already. All I had to do was bolt them on. I highly recommend e trailer.

Our camper came without a spare tire. Not a fan of Camping World, so was happy I could order one from this site. The description and information was great and easily understood. I wasn’t able to find the exact match of wheel but this one was super close! Super fast shipping right to my doorstep!

I just got these today and I had them the tire shop put them on cuz I have a symbol by 12 flatbed with my cargo on it I live on the road and I needed to have a stronger tire than a load range sea that was on this raft trailer and it's good for 1710 lb each and so they're going to do just fine cuz I just waited at the scale and it was 2580 but you take off about 80 lb for the tires as 2400 lb so I'm a little bit over the 2000 lb axle but these tires will hold it up really well anyway I absolutely need to have a load range D there and you you chose these particular ones that we're a little bit better than the normal 1610 lb.

No complaints so far! I bought these because they are the highest load range tire available for 13" rim. Tows good, sits a little higher, seems slightly stiffer than the smaller size.

I ordered new wheels for my boat trailer late Friday night on Memorial Day Weekend. They shipped on Saturday, and were delivered to me on Thursday as promised. Pretty good considering the timing of my order and the holiday weekend. I put the wheels on the trailer today and I am pleased with the product at this point.

Arrived fast and good shape. To be used as a spare, have not tried or used it yet. Will be carried on Floe CargoMax trailer.

Tires arrived on time. Rims have a fairly rough finish to them with some marks from machining. However, I guess for the price point they’re not terrible. First time I took the boat out of the garage with the new tires on, I had a problem. On the way back home on the freeway I had a blow out with one of these tires. I put the spare on, and it seems fine, along with the tire that didn’t blow out. I guess things happen, but that’s not the reason for my low rating. When tire shopping, I saw lots of talk about great customer service from etrailer. When my tires were delivered, I received a welcome email. However, when I emailed them using the address they provided asking them if there was any kind of road hazard warranty on their tires as these were brand new, no response. If the answer is no, it’s no. Or if there’s some type of discount when replacing a new tire in these situations that they offer, but to receive no response, that’s simply not anything but 1 star customer service.

The tires/arrived on time and looked great. I was a little disappointed to discover the max weight capability of the wheel was slightly less than Load Range D which was the main reason I bought the tires to replace the Load Range C tires/wheels on my boat trailer. Minor issue though, thanks for your help!
