I have two of these. My first I bought two years ago. I very highly recommend this Curt Class III Ballmount 2" Drop because of its price, durability and quality. I towed various class 3 loads with ease and confidence with this ballmount. It slides into the hitch and does its job without fail. It looks excellent after towing a load. etrailer's price is about as good as it gets and delivery is very speedy.

Excellent product! With the three different ball sizes, this tri-ball mount gives you a lot of flexibility. Gone are the days of having several different ball mounts to fit different tongues. High quality construction makes this an excellent investment.

This item should solve the problem I have had with a stainless 3-way ball when I tried to reverse the position on the ball mount. The threads galled between the hex nut and hitch ball.

This is a great product, it's heavy-duty, and well designed. It is very adjustable, and versatile, and it provided us with the extra reach, clearance, and adjustability, to pull a medium sized horse-trailer behind our bed-mounted truck camper safely. We are happy that we've invested the money to improve our set-up, and keep it safe, for all of us, including our horses, and dogs. Fits our VW Touareg perfectly and allows us to tow a variety of things now. As can be seen in the pictures the hitch has a +5-inch gap between the bumper and the vertical adjustment pillar and the trailer itself is out further so there's enough room to get to the rear hatch and maneuver the vehicle/trailer.

We sold our small motor home and purchased a small travel trailer. This hitch provided a perfect solution to how to use our bike rack while towing the trailer. It even allows room for the pickup tailgate to be lowered without removing the bikes from the rack. The hitch is very hefty with a high weight limit - plenty for the GVW of the trailer (7,000#) plus 125# of rack and bikes.

This has been an amazing multipurpose ball mount. We purchased this to use with our Hollywood Bike Rack and also to connect onto our boat. We weren't sure if this would work, but it was awesome. It is very well built and We had to make some minor adjustments to the position of our boat on the trailer so the turning radius of the bike rack that was attached would clear the truck. This is very well made and solid.

Pleased with the parts. Was a little surprised/disappointed that the ball mount didn’t include a hitch pin. Guess that I should have read the description better, just a nuisance having to get one separately. Everything else was great.

Cool to follow up on your product. The multi-ball works as it should. I bought it since I didn't know if the trailer I would get would be 2" or 2 1/4. I tow a 4,000 # trailer/race car with it. It's a heavy piece to carry around, but I feel that it will last a good many years. I did make a spacer to cram into the receiver, so the hitch doesn't rattle as much. Otherwise it's great. Tim E.

Heavy Duty. I use it on my Ford 350 to haul out boats with a hydraulic trailer. Never a worry if the trailer will pop off the pintle.

The customer service and the timeliness in which l have received my orders from etrailer.com is second to none. I needed my hitch to arrive on time so I could pick up a nice chunk of Sycamore. A bit of electrical tape on the shaft to eliminate "play" in the receiver, slip in the new lockable SS pin from Bulldog and off we went to pick up my prize! What a great company to do business with!

I would give five stars but due to what looks like packaging problems the hitch came very marred and the coating chipping off.

I just received this hitch and am immediately impressed. It is very sleek and well made. My trailer and vehicle look great with it - much less bulky than traditional hitch ball assembly. A nice feature is clear labeling with ball size on top of ball. Looks like it will hold up but I have not used to tow yet.

Purchased this hitch as a companion for our Reese anti sway control. The small ball for the Reese sway control fits in the bracket and the 2” drop on the hitch is exactly what we needed to have our Jayco camper level when towing.

I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.

Good quality part at a good price. One suggestion; when customers order a mount and a ball, offer a installation service. Not everyone has the proper tools to torque something this big.
