My rating of the customer service of eTrailer could not be higher...and having been a customer for time to time over the past few years I have no doubt of the seriousness of their commitment. A little clip broke off the top of the battery case as I was installing it for the first time. I called and spoke to a CR person on a Friday afternoon. He called back on the following Monday to say the manufacturer would be sending a clip direct to me...and guess what.,..the clip arrived on that Thursday. Now remember...this is a 10 cent clip! Great service as always.
Great product. Had a problem upon delivery but they sent a replacement and I received it in a fee short days. Excellent customer service I recommend etrailer.com
