• What Size Tubing Do Thule Fork Mounts Part # THBRLB2 Fit
  The Thule part # THBRLB2 are designed to fit 1-1/4 inch, outside dimension, square tubing. They are designed to fit part # TH822XTR truck bed bike racks. If your construction rack is made of 1-1/4 inch outside dimension square tube, then these fork mounts should fit fine. • Truck Bed Bike Rack Recommendation for 3 Bikes
  The Swagman truck bed bike rack # S64702 is only designed for 2 bikes so a third cannot be added. But we do have a similar rack on which you can add another bike. Take a look at the Thule Bed-Rider, # TH822XTR. It comes with 2 fork mounts but you can add another using # THBRLB2. I have included links to a video review and the instructions for you.   I recommend the Thule Bed-Rider 2 Bike Rack # TH822XTR, it is confirmed to fit on your 2015 Ford F-150 by Thule. This way if you are needing to carry an extra bike, you can carry it using the Thule 1 Bike Add-On # THBRLB2.   The Thule 1-Bike Add-On # THBRLB2 is designed to fit their own Bed Rider bike rack and is not considered a general-purpose accessory intended for use with other products. However, I did check with my contact at Saris for the size of the square tubing of their Kool Rack Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier SATRK00.   The THBR1 is no longer available but the add-on for # TH822XTR will fit in its place. It is # THBRLB2. This add-on and the discontinued one share some of the same parts, primarily the bottom part that fits around the square bar.

• Will 1-Bike Add-On for Thule Bed Rider Fit Standard Thule Square Crossbars
  The Thule 1-bike add-on # THBRLB2 fits square bars that are 1-1/4 inches wide which is what the Thule square bars are. However, this fork mount is not rated for use on a roof rack but rather for the Bed-Rider which utilizes the same size crossbars. For a fork mount that can be used on a Thule square bars on the roof of a vehicle I recommend the Yakima Boa, # Y02065. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
