Hello, neighbors. I'm Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this Towing Kit with included Ball Mount and the Trailer Wiring for your Stealth Hitches. Now folks, this is a custom fit application. Make sure you're using our fit guide under My Vehicle at the top center of our homepage, etrailer.com. Enter the year, make and model of your vehicle.

Make sure you're getting the right part for your vehicle the first time. Also, keep in mind that videos can be outdated, so it could fit newer years than what are listed. So always check the fit guide. Now that being said, this will let you use your already purchased Stealth Hitch Rack Receiver, and I'll put that item number up there on the screen as well. For towing, the detachable ball mount will simply lock into the hitch in place of the receiver attachment that came on your hitch, and it will mount securely as a nice connection point and reduce and eliminate rattle and excessive play.

So here's that ball mount. Here's that locking tab. Again, it's gonna go up, lock into place in place of where the tube is on your already purchased hitch. And if you don't have the hitch, again, it's sold separately. Now, the included ball will give you a nice connection point for your trailer ball coupler.

The way you can tow your trailer safely. It has a nice black powder coat finish on the hitch itself and all the safety chain tie downs, the brackets, everything that comes with it. This metal has a nice corrosion resistant, rust resistant powder coating. Now it does come with a seven blade seven way connection. It's a spring loaded lid.

And it also comes with a four pole adapter. So from that seven blade, this adapter simply plugs in, and you get the four pole, four flat out the back. Now one other thing to notice, if you look at this, there's a tab here on the connector itself and there's a tab on the door. So when you put this in, it actually latches together to where you can't pull that out. So right up in there. And when you wanna unhook it, you simply lift the lid and pull it back out. Now this wire connector will get mounted to the bracket and there's included hardware that comes with it. You simply mount that on there for an easy, smooth looking, out of the way connection. You're also gonna get your inline fuse and fuse adapter. The connections here for wiring, all your zip ties, the other bracket, and again, all the wiring harness. So keep in mind this main harness here, it's got a lot of wires. Obviously, you're gonna hard wire this into place, but I wanna point out this modulator box. This is a Pulse Modulator Converter, they call it. And this guy is going to make sure and connect directly to your battery. Make sure that you're not overloading your vehicle's electrical system, and that it's also outputting the correct amperage and voltage needed to the trailer light to make them work correctly. This double-sided adhesive foam will go on there, and then you could stick that safe and securely out of the way in the vehicle behind some panels hidden out of the way. Always, always check the instructions that are included for installation, and also check our videos. We might have one for your vehicle and that'll help you with the installation as well. Now, getting back to the ball mount, the gross trailer weight is rated up to 6,000 pounds. It has a two inch ball on it. This is not to be used, again, not to be used with weight distribution. It's not rated for that. It's not designed for that. The rise from the ground, if you're using the hitch that I put on the screen earlier, from the top of the ball to the ground would be 18 inches. The length of the ball, from the locking tab center to the center of the ball is 10 inches, while the total length side to side is 13 inches. The base thickness is three quarters of an inch thick and the ball hole diameter is a one inch shank hole. So a one inch shank on the ball. Again, the ball is included for this particular application. Folks, it has a nice limited lifetime warranty on everything here. Very great addition to your vehicle. If you already have the hitch and you need to pull a trailer, I highly recommend it. You'll get the wiring, all the bracketry, and everything included.
