I am very happy with this mat. Fits great! It is clean, leaves no residue, and adds a lot of cushion. The corners near the tail gate need to be trimmed a little bit - not a big deal. I have a 2019 Ram 3500 Big Horn 8 ft bed.782254

I bought the mat for my f 350 dually and really love it spray in bed liners are high. I use a piece of 3/8 plywood to make a pattern to drill holes in mat for 5th wheel hitch and goose neck ball. I then put hitch in truck to make sure I it would work than laid it on the bad mat and drilled the holes worked great now bed is protected at the cost of the mat I bought the hitch open box I sated in my first review it was used my mistake scracthed up a little no problem . I built a table with a flap to go over tail gate to hold hitch and slide it in the bed of the truck do not have to have hoist Thanks etrailer871148

Super heavy duty. smells funny, but I'm expecting that to go away. I put some heavy objects on the corners to help it flatten out, and it's been warm. Took 2 days to lay flat. Otherwise, it's exactly as it should be a protective layer to keep things from sliding around in the bed of the truck. Makes cleaning debris out a little harder, things get under. I have a spray in liner too. But this mat should last the life of the truck.3460351

This rubber bed mat is cut well for a good fit in my truck’s bed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the mat required several days to flatten after being rolled up for shipping. We bought this primarily to reduce things sliding in the truck bed. The spray liner did nothing to reduce sliding. This rubber mat absolutely seems to halt stuff sliding. This bed mad is quite heavy and durable. I like how there's no need to drill into the bed for installation. Just drop it in and go! It evens the floor of the bed out nicely so loading items is super easy and they don't slide around.1497624

Mat did not properly fit rear bed of truck on drivers side so had to be cut to fit. Also this mat had some cracking and splitting from where it had been rolled up and it is not 3/8” thick as described, more like a 1/4” . All in all it’s okay but for the price I expected better quality.3493128

After receiving an email from etrailer explaining that my order would not be ready to ship for two to three weeks they kindly asked if that was okay with me or would I prefer to cancel. It also promised that if I wished to leave the order pending they would remain in touch and keep an eye on it and update me on the status. I decided to continue with the order and it arrived at my front door only one week later.
The product is very heavy duty and fits like a glove as you can y the photos. It also has a very sticky feeling surface that should keep most cargo pretty much in place.
But the real reason I am sending in this evaluation is not so much the product as it is etrailer and the way they do business. I have to say that anyone selling products on the internet should take lessons from etrailer and their staff. Their website gives tons of information on each product and the how-to videos are excellent. You know exactly what you are ordering and their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I will be coming back the next time I need something for my truck or trailer.279764

This mat is sooo thick, 3/8 of an inch and heavy. 58 pounds worth of mat for an 8 foot bed. I'm waiting for a hot sunny day, the mat is having a hard time flattening out from being rolled up. I love the mat and know it will protect the floor of my bed fine.3294085

The rubber mat has a soft spot bubble in it. This is going to be a failure spot in the future. I have sent etrailer an email and there customer service needs a poor rating also. This is one of the more expensive custom mats I would recommend looking at other manufactures and vendors that sell mats.3583851

Excellent fit: right up to the edges & corners of the truck bed. Seems like it's thick enough to survive for the next 10+ years. Fairly quick shipment for a bulky item and it arrived intact/undamaged. I know the picture isn't the greatest and the slight waviness you might see is due to the 5th wheel rails to connect the hitch underneath the bed mat.3207241

The Dee Zee bed made is well built so far. Plan on a day or two of trying to get it to lay flat enough to not curl under on one or both ends when trying to put it in the bed. Room temperature and some buckets of water for weight helped.
Could maybe be rapped a bit looser in shipping, and maybe a cardboard tube inside.3228527

Bed mat seems good. I have it laid out on the driveway in the sun at the moment being I live in NH where the temp this morn was 39 deg.
On the other hand the tailgate cover is not the right size. How can you sell a bed mat for a certain vehicle & not have the right size gate cover. I'll have to cut at least 6" off to make it right.3432455
