I would have given this five stars, but Thule requires a dummy key in order to install the lock. It should have been included and was not. It has to be ordered separately, which is a pain. And I had to figure that out by googling and looking on the Thule site. Other than that inconvenience, the order contained exactly what I expected.
Needed two extra locks keyed to my existing locks and these fit the bill. Also better price than the Thule website.
This works great with my bike rack. It is very well made.
Easy to find on the trailer website. Product was in stock and shipping and arrival time was excellent.

I needed a lock and key for the replacement arm on my Thule. This came with ONE key, number N217. While at the locksmith ready to make a duplicate key, the locksmith instead re-keyed the N217 to be the same as the other key that fits my original Thule hitch. Very satisfied. Glad to have only one key for all my Thule locks.
