Today we'll be taking a look at the Rhino Rack Hi-Lift Jack Holder Bracket for Pioneer Platform Racks. Part number RR43101. The Rhino Rack Hi-Lift Jack Holder Brackets are heavy duty brackets that allow you to mount your hi-lift jack to your Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform. They're made from a strong, corrosive resistant, powder coated steel which means they won't rust or fade over time. It's a quick and simple installation that includes two brackets to secure one hi-lift jack. Now that we've gone over some features, we're going to show you how to get it installed.

Now, everything you see here on the table is included with the kit. We're going to show you how to set up the bracket first. Now, to start off we'll take one of our brackets and we'll take two of our screws, one of the spring washers on each and then one flat washer on each. We can then place our screws through our bracket. Then on the bottom side we'll tighten down a platelet. We want to make sure to leave those loose so we can fit it into our c-channel on our rack.

And now we'll do the same thing to our other bracket. Now we're ready to install our swing clamp here on our second bracket. We're going to take one of our larger bolts and one of the shake proof washers and then we'll also take a flat washer here. We'll take the swing clamp portion, set that in place and then we'll tighten this down, just hand tight, to hold that clamp in place. We want to leave this loose enough so we can swing it around to hold our jack in place.

And now we're ready to install it. Now we're going to take our first bracket, this one's going to sit at the back of our jack. We're just going to slide it into our c-channel. Now I've gone ahead and pre-measured the placement for where I want my brackets to sit. I'm just going to have mine right behind our back crossbar here. Now to tighten down our screws here we're going to have to provide our own 10mm wrench.

This is going to completely secure our bracket in place so then we have a nice smooth ride and don't have to worry about that jack. Now for our front bracket here, we're going to place it just behind our front crossbar. And again tighten down using a 10mm wrench. Now that we've gotten that all tightened down we're ready to load up our jack. Now, it might be a good idea to get an extra set of hands to help us lift up our jack. Now up here we're going to slide our clamp just around. If we need to, we can loosen up this bolt a bit just to get that in place. Then we'll take our 16mm wrench and tighten this down. Now for back here we've lined up the hole on our jack with the hole on our bracket. We're going to take our last bolt, I've already placed on our shock proof washer and our flat washer there, we're just going to push it though and start to tighten that down. Perfect. Now I would suggest investing in a padlock like the one we have here today. That's going to prevent any theft and tampering. This part number here is AT89018.
