Hi, everybody, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at the replacement anti-rattle bolt and lever for the Hollywood Racks Road Runner Bike Racks. Now, folks, that's gonna fit a two inch hitch, it's gonna replace one anti-rattle bolt and lever for the Hollywood Racks Road Runner hitch-mounted hanging-style bicycle carriers that fit those two inch racks. And I'll put those item numbers on the screen there. It's very simple apparatus, it helps reduce movement of the bike rack inside the hitch receiver. And you've got the threads here, all the way down from here to there.
And then you've got these little protective caps, and you've got a locking washer and another washer there, and you just simply would hand tighten this down, twisting it until it's tight. And then you got a little bitty plastic keeper here to keep those threads nice and clean on the top. So very nice, simple device. It has been powder coated, so you don't have to worry about rust, corrosion, those kind of things. And it's a direct replacement from Hollywood, so you can be sure it works with those item numbers and models.

Works as expected. Overall the Hollywood Rack is difficult to work with and not well thought through. This part is to tighten against hitch. Problem is in tightened position the lever at end can end up pointing towards road, thereby exposing it when rear car bottoms out on some roads/driveways.
