Fuel heavy equipment from a transfer tank and track gallons without guessing. Resettable 4-digit counter logs up to 999.9 gallons per transfer. Nutating disc lets rust and small debris pass. You note the total and keep fueling.
The resettable counter is for the fill you're doing right now, so you can write down a single transfer amount without doing math in your head. The non-resettable counter is the meter's lifetime total, so you can keep an eye on usage trends, job totals, or inventory over time without losing your baseline.
Fuel transfer setups don't always live in clean environments. This nutating disc meter is designed to allow rust and small debris to move through, helping reduce the chance of a jam that can stop a fill midstream. The goal is simple: keep you fueling and keep your numbers readable.
When you're fueling heavier equipment, you typically want more than a trickle, and you want a meter that can keep up. With a 6-40 GPM range and 1-inch female connections, this meter is a better fit for higher-flow transfer systems where you're moving meaningful volume and you want a clear record of it.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this FillRite Four Digit Mechanical Wheel Fuel Transfer Meter. Now this is a mechanical fuel transfer meter that's designed to tell you how much fuel you're pumping as it flows through your system. And this is part of Fill-Rite's heavy duty 900 series. So the their, their 900 series is known for being simple, reliable, but tough.
This is going to work in the six to 40 gallon per minute range. So this is going to be a good fit for most standard fuel transfer setups. The meter uses a mechanical mutating disc design, which means there's no electronics involved. Just straightforward, dependable operation that's gonna hold up well in work environments. So this is going to be compatible with common fuels like diesel, gasoline, kerosene, and mineral spirits, and similar petroleum-based fluids.
This is UL and CUL listed. So that's gonna give you peace of mind from a safety standpoint. And so the display here, as I mentioned and as you saw me reset it, this is gonna be a four digit resettle counter for individual fills. And then you've got a non-resettable totalizer there that you see there. Trying to get that glare off that.
That's going to keep track of your lifetime fuel usage. Now if you notice I've got 27 on the non-resettable counter already. That is from testing. We have not used this. Some of these meters are tested on the line when they come from Fill-Rite.
So before they ship them out, they'll do some testing. So if your non-resettable counter does have some miles on it, then that's going to be due to testing. So I just wanted you to be aware of that. But as you can see, this is gonna be very easy to reset the resettable counter. And physically, this is going to use one inch female NPT inlets and outlet ports here. So you'll just remove these caps. And this is going to install easily into common fuel lines. This is a cast aluminum body, so it's built to handle rough use and tolerate small amounts of debris in the fuel. In terms of performance, this is rated at about plus or minus 2% accuracy, which is typical and acceptable for fuel transfer. And before we wrap up our time together, let me go ahead and see if I can give you some measurements. So looking at the width first, I'm gonna be measuring here at the widest point, but I'm not going to be including the caps because those are going to be coming off. So let me see if I can line that up there for you. It looks like we're sitting pretty close to about eight and three quarters inches wide. Looking at the height, about six and three quarters inches tall. And the depth, I'd say about five and a half inches deep. But again, Fill-Rite is known for making very durable, very rugged products, whether it's pumps, hoses, accessories, or their meters. And this is gonna be no exception to that. This is gonna hold up really well for you. But if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this or anything that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out. We wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
