Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, today, we're taking a real quick look together at this replacement center pin for the Curt PowerRide Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches. That's right, folks. So this is gonna replace one quantity one of a lost or just damaged Curt Center Pin for the Curt PowerRide Fifth Wheel Hitch. Now, if you're not familiar with this, this pin secures that fifth wheel head to the hitch body, again, only for the Curt PowerRide Fifth Wheel Hitches. It's approximately one and 3/16th inches thick.
Usable length from here all the way to the end is about six and one quarter inches long. Keep in mind it has a hole in here and one all the way to the end. And then overall from the end to the backside of the handle, I got nine and on half inches long. As you can see, it's got a very robust, thick handle, easy to push in and pull out of that center pin area to secure that head. So again, this is the pin that you're pulling out or putting in whenever you're taking just the head assembly off of that Curt PowerRide fifth wheel assembly just to make it lighter.
Take that head unit off, then take the base outta the back of the truck. That's gonna wrap it up, folks. I'm Steven. As always, we'd love to hear feedback, maybe some photos, how you're using this, what you like about it. If anything that can be changed, let us know as well.
Have a good one.
