GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello, neighbors and friends. Steven here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're talkin' axles, specifically this GSP Heavy Duty CV axle assembly. And it's a front custom fit. It's gonna fit the Polaris RZRs. Wanna make sure you're double checking the fit guide here at etrailer.com to be sure you're getting the right one for your specific Polaris.
Now this does work for the front, either left or right. So again, depending on which side you need it, you can flip it over, et cetera, and use it accordingly. And that being said, it is also a direct replacement for these part numbers and manufacturers. So go ahead and take a look at that. Cross-reference it if you need to.
I'll keep talkin'. We're gonna have a nice upgrade to your ride here today. It's a heavy duty axle. It's made of a 40Cr(XC) hardened steel alloy. The shaft is built to resist wear and tear.
And like I said, it fits both the front left or right. It does have oversized CV joints. They're gonna let you climb rough terrain and crawl over obstacles with ease. They're super flexible, yet tough. They're made of a high TPEE boot that's gonna resist tearing.
And again, it's preassembled. You're gonna get the axle nut and everything you need. It's been pre-packed with the high-performance moly grease. And as far as some dimensions overall, if you we inchesre extended, it'd be at 31.42 inches. But when it's compressed in it comes down to 29.21 inches. Now starting here on the inner joint, this inboard joint is what's considered a double offset joint. So it's got a lot more movement and stuff. It is a spline quantity of 28 splines. If you go over to the outboard, the one with the castle nut, it's a standard ball type joint type with 26 count on the spline. The shaft is a 24.5 millimeter thick shaft. And they give you a nice one year warranty on the product. So folks, if you need a replacement or maybe just wanna pick an extra one up for the what if factor, we got you covered here at etrailer.com. I'm Steven, thanks for watchin'.

Product is fine. It took too long for s hipping.
CV Joint for Kawasaki Teryx.
I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
The product was what I ordered. Thanks.
However, I was disappointed that it took longer to get it than I originally thought it would when I placed my order. That said, I was able to communicate my concerns and the order was delivered. This noted, I will likely order again when I need another part.
I’m not sure how useful an evaluation is at this point because these new heavy duty axles should last through years of use and they were only installed today. They look good now but time will tell. Installation was pretty much like the you tube videos showed although removal of the old axles and pushing in the new ones was physically more difficult than I expected and beyond what the tutorials showed.
