The original product was lost by the postal service. Etrailer noticed the lack of delivery and followed up. When the post office acknowledged the lost item, etrailer shipped a replacement by UPS. it's some of the best service I have seen in a long time. I really recommend this company!

Just got 5 of these to match the other locks / key I already have... now all my yakima products (two car bases, bike rack, ski rack) have the same core. Product works great, quick delivery, happy customer.
These locks were as advertised, they went in the Yakima racks easily and worked well. I have the same lock on all my sports rack so I only need one key.
