GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello, neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our GSP Heavy Duty CV Axle Assembly specifically for the front left, and it's a custom fit for 2015-2018 Honda TRX 420s and 2015-2019 Honda TRX 500s. Now this, again, is specific for the front left. Double check the fit guide here at etrailer.com to be sure you're getting the right parts, and I'll throw up a graphic here of the other manufacturers and the corresponding part numbers of this assembly as well. Now, with this, you're gonna upgrade your ride to a heavy duty CV axle from your OE one.
It's made of a hardened 40Cr-xC steel, and its shaft is built to resist wear and tear. It has oversized CV joints to let you climb in rough terrain and crawl with ease. It's flexible yet tough. The TPEE boots here are gonna resist tearing and cracking. They've been pre-packed with a nice high performance moly grease to reduce friction, and the whole assembly here comes preassembled including the castle nut and washers.
Compressed, you get 19.37 inches side to side, and when it's open all the way or pulled out extended, I got 20.87 inches. The inboard, the one without the castle nut, is what they call a double offset joint, and it has a spline quantity of 20. The outboard, the one with the castle nut here, has a spline count of 26, and it's a standard ball joint. The shaft diameter is 23 millimeters thick, and you get a nice one-year warranty from GSP. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up.
Just a quick look here at a replacement front-left axle. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
Easy install and working great!
Product is fine. It took too long for s hipping.
CV Joint for Kawasaki Teryx.
I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
The product was what I ordered. Thanks.
However, I was disappointed that it took longer to get it than I originally thought it would when I placed my order. That said, I was able to communicate my concerns and the order was delivered. This noted, I will likely order again when I need another part.
