I checked with my contact at Curt and they said they are only doing the Rhino box for now, but they hope to add other bolt patterns later down the line.   Hey Bryan, good to hear from you again! The Curt Helux Shock-Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Boxes are currently only designed to replace the Rhino pin box. We have some alternatives, but they are the ones that connect to a gooseneck hitch ball like what we see with the Gen-Y # GY48GR and Shocker Hitch # SHK47YR.   Hello Sean, thanks for reaching out. The Curt Helux Shock-Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box # C63RJ replaces the Lippert Rhino Box pin box, not the 1621 HD. I actually asked Curt about this 2 weeks ago and they said right now they are only doing the Helux for the Rhino Box, but they do hope to add more fits such as the 1621 a bit later. To answer your other question, the Helux pin box can be used with the Curt CrossWing 5th wheel hitch.

  Hey Michael, the Curt Helux cushioned pin box part # C63RJ that you referenced weighs 169 lbs. The standard pin boxes I've handled weighed probably around 40 lbs or so so this is heavier but once installed it will make a big improvement in ride quality.
